@@HikvisionUpdate Thanks for your reply. Do you have a video on remote pc camera setup? I have not managed to get the camera feed on a remote pc. After adding the serial number of the dvr in ivms4200 it asks for a password. I have tried the dvr admin password, ivms4200 app password and the verification password. No luck. The dvr is online in platform access.
Does the password you use to setup the dvr admin pw and the ivms4200 initial app setup password have to be the same?
