It’s the perfect dipping sauce for apple slices or to drizzle on ice cream, apple pie, muffins, french toast, pancakes and more.

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 Tbsp salted butter
6 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
5/8 cup warmed whipping cream (to warm cold cream, cover and microwave for 30" - 1 min)
1/4 tsp salt OR salt to taste (salted caramel is awesome)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Hi Tammy!!! It really is easy…just watch your stove temp and keep stirring to keep your caramel from scorching. My favorite way to eat this is as a dip for some crisp, tart/sweet apple slices, but it would also be great over ice cream, stirred into your coffee, or as a dip for butter cookies.
