The LA Fit Expo is BACK and A LOT of the major players from the Fitness Industry showed up for it! After 2 years off, so many fans were happy to go in person to meet their favorite Stars. This year for the 1st time on JayTV, we had the chance to have 7X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath with us so I'm sure many of you will be happy about that.

Really great to see Jay and Phil together. What impressed me alot and is ONE of the reasons why Jay is where he is and WHO he is…..is that telling shot at the very end of the expo. He was the last guy there. First guy in, last guy out and that’s why the fans love him.
Phil's genetics are simply insane, he looks like he just finished pumping back stage every time you see him.
His triceps are outrageous, is the thing that stood out to me the most this video lol

A true fitness-bodybuilding icons! I have been following them since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. His workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should’ve been. I have always eaten ‘just enough’ thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it online from a Next Level Diet, but somehow it helped me gain a few pounds in my first month of using it. Surely it wasn’t all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever.
Jay deserves respect, he has never lost his mind on and off the stage and still is so humble at all times

Nice words from Jay, talking about being an inspiration. This platform certaintly can also be an assist to people struggling with their health, weather that being weight issues, pain related, emotional health and more. You don't have to be the next Jay Cutler in order to be a great person, be loved, being good enough nor succesful in your everyday life. As Tony Robbins have said, the secret to a great living is about giving. Glad to see a role model like Jay being a good example of that.
