Now I have like 3 containers of different types of paprika in my spice cabinet lol. This is a perfect way to use them :)

I made this last night and it was spectacular. I added thinly sliced yellow squash coins to the vegetables before adding the wine, and they fit in beautifully with the peppers and carrots. With a tossed salad and some crusty bread to sop up the sauce, I had a wonderful one-pot supper. And the house smelled delicious for the rest of the evening. I'm really enjoying your recipes -- so easy and so flavorful.
Can this be made with skinless cod? Also, I can drink wine; what can I replace it with? And I really don’t know if I can find fish broth, any substitutions?

Yes you can use skinless cod, replace the wine with white grape juice and the broth for salted water
