You're cheerful and not easily offended, not nit picky on anything especially around the streets and i am enjoying your content! You seem to be genuine with your amazement and your overall reactions. You'd fit right in here in the Philippines. Have many more safe and enjoyable travels! I subscribed 🤙
Thank you Brent for visiting the Philippines, I am a Filipino but living now in New York, I have never been to Tondo but you are amazing visiting that place.
pagbalik mo dito sa Pinas, subukan mo pumunta sa Tondo, di ako taga Tondo but I've also been there with some couple of friends and classmates back when i was younger
Thank you very much for coming to our country for choosing it to your blog. And for appreciating our food and culture. Take care always and God bless you ❤
Filipino community there they know how to respond polite and adequate response. Such a nice experience for you.. Love the vibe .. Thanks for visiting the other side PHILIPPINES the locals .... Brent..much appreciated
Hey Brent, I live in this place haha, nice for showing this, although it’s true there are a lot of kids asking for money, and it’s tiring and sad to turn them away, but we locals get them too. Just be careful with your stuff, as you say, they’re just kids and it’s very common here. But in general, people here are quite friendly and bold, they are down to earth and simple. Enjoy your time.
Just came across your video on RUclips. You Rock Dude! Love your video! I've been to the Philippines 2 times, Manila and Angeles City. Awesome people. Enjoy. Go to Dumaguette, it has a lot of Expats
Hi Brent I met you in BKK Thailand this year during Songkran. You’re now in the Philippines my country. You should visit Boracay, Siargao and Palawan our world class beaches.
One thing ill guarantee you is , you will have a massive increase to your views because Filipino is very supportive and love watching vlogs mostly to foreign vlogging Philippines.. Yhats why a lot of foreign vlogger are always back here ..
Hi Brent. Shalom. Thank you so much for all the positive comments to you have given about Filipinos. Their warmth, friendliness and hospitality have touched my heart. I'm a Naturalized American Filipina who have lived in USA for nearly 50 years. I currently reside in New York City, a busy and bustling metropolis. Visiting my country is very expensive for me and the expectations of my family and friends there are soooo high. Thus, I'm grateful to Content Creators like you who gave updates on what's happening in my country now.
Emily - Yeah, it’s very expensive for US-based Filipinos to visit the Philippines because of all the relatives asking for money. My wife is Filipino, and we have to save at least $10,000 whenever we visit. Sometimes, I wish we can visit the Philippines without my wife’s relatives knowing.
@@nicklubrino2606 you definitely can if you don’t post it or ask her not to share. Go directly to the tourist destinations and you don’t have to stop by her place
@@rangercynth The thing is if they ever find out that you were in Philippines, and you didn’t even stop by. That is a BIG insult and cause a lot of hurt feelings.
@@nicklubrino2606 Yes, you're absolutely right about that big amount of money you must bring to the Philippines. Many Filipinos in USA have told me that $10,000 is needed in order to have a "nice vacation" and to give to everyone asking for financial help. Unfortunately think that money "grows on trees." They do not realize all the hard work, the sacrifices, the discrimination and prejudice Filipinos in USA and other countries have to endure just to support our families in the Philippines. This is a very sad reality.
What a fun and entertaining video. Definitely worth the watch to get a peek at the street food scene. I may have to check that out when I go. Will you be at the Sinulog festival? I hear it is crazy there.
ohhh man. you're like the messiah of street food. dont get me wrong. Your vlogs doin great! Unlike any other.. Not boring at all. Keep it up! Explore and enjoy thre rest of the Philippines

This is the beauty of the Philippines, walking and eating traditional foods in the local areas. Your interaction with the people is awesome. They seem to go crazy seeing you resembling Jesus Christ live.
The kids were telling you that you look like Jesus with much respect to the name of our Lord and Savior. It’s because of your gentle face with beard and mustache and long hair. It’s actually a compliment.
When in Manila interesting places are: Intramuros, Binondo, Pasig River Esplanade at Night, National Museum, Luneta Park, Manila Ocean Park, Dolomite Beach, Manila Hotel, and Malate Manila ( Red Light District ). However, if you are a bit sensitive, then you can find some of the more tourist gastronomic districts like Poblacion in Makati, Food Night Market in Greenfields in Mandaluyong City, and weekends banchetto & Market Market in BGC. Again for Manila, I prefer Binondo street food and authentic Chinese & Filipino restaurants that are affordable. Popular staple Filipino foods are: Sisig, Pares, Pancit, Adobo, Palabok, Sinigang, Puto or Rice Cake, Ube Halaya, Halo Halo, Lechon Mano, Lechon baboy, Kare Kare. Sorry for those who do not mind how they serve their food so be careful eating street food too. Like not wearing hand gloves or not washing their stuff properly.
its so nice to see you enjoying your trip in UGBO food street, by the way never eat balut with an empty stomach, the next time you come and visit Philippines ,,, i will be honored to guide you to deeper part of provinces of our country and meet more great and jolly people. and be my guest.
Your street food vlog is amazing and I appreciate how you connect with Filipino people. In the Philippines, where Catholicism is prevalent, every Filipino household has an image of Jesus Christ that they love and adore. Your appearance reminds them of you. Thank you for visiting P.I.
