Asus ZenFone 5 t00j smartphone was launched in January 2014. At the time of Release Asus Zenfone 5 tooj came with Android Kitkat (WW_2.22.40.54). Asus Mobile Company does not offer "Official Lollipop Update" (OTA update) to Zenfone 5 tooj. We need to "Manual update zenfone 5 tooj" in Android Lollipop -Version (WW_3.24.40.87). Asus ZenFone 5 t00j comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels. The Asus ZenFone 5 t00j is powered by 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor and comes with 2GB of RAM and packs 8GB/ 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card which is more than sufficient to upgrade the phone from Android Kitkat "WW_2.22.40.54" to Lollipop 5.0 Version - "WW_3.24.40.87". As far as the cameras are concerned, the "Asus ZenFone 5 t00j" packs a 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Asus ZenFone 5 T00j is powered by a 2110mAh non removable battery. It measures 148.20 x 72.80 x 10.34 height x width x thickness and weigh 145.00 grams. The "Asus ZenFone 5 t00j" is a dual SIM (GSM +GSM) smartphone that accepts (Micro-SIM + Micro-SIM). ZenFone 5 t00j Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
While upgrading Asus Zenfone 5 t00j First we need to download the software patch/ firmware Version "WW_2.22.40.540"/ kitkat, MR11.3 and Later download Lollipop Version WW_3.24.40.87 (Andriod L).

I was directly install by putting in internal memory and notification pop and then installing updates but it shows error...
for upgrading to lollipop its necessary that first downgrade to kitkat with same build number again and may I able to upgrade to lollipop firmware 3.24.40.78 which mentioned above

First we need to update software image for WW 2.22.40.54, i.e. WW.2.22.40.540, Then later update to Lollipop. you cannot skip this step.
To make it simple- you need to download update patch WW.2.22.40.540, once it is updated then later WW.3.24.40.87 (Lollipop). anything pls let me know. Thanks.

In Driver and Tools > Select Android > Select Firmware and you can find the update zip file, Follow the video (Step by Step) and download both the files to internal storage and update. Let me know.

+AfiqSana16 It's normal that the downloaded file is T00F. Make sure the file is copied to internal storage. (I.e. Root directory). This is the only way you can update the phone.
