Thanks, this is great, and I've never heard this particular version before. It's hard to know where to start with the superlatives for Keith, but the wonderful left hand independence here, and the breathtaking 16th passages are a start....

We're lucky to have this bootleg from way back in 1981, but there are a couple of spots where there seem to be gaps missing in the audio. I've notated those with a "*". Some of them are a little jarring, but I've made edits to make the music flow as naturally as possible.
