I'm looking for this particular part bud, but it's asking if mine has an air pump or W/O pump... How do you know exactly what you need? Thanks in advance for any information

Well if yours is anything like mine. It does not have a pump. It's called a secondary air injection pump. It pushes air into the exhaust I believe to warm up the catalytic converter for reduced emissions. It looks like a weird blower motor.

Hopefully you can answer this. I have a 97 k2500 with the 454. I bought the exact same belt and my motor is setup the EXACT same. I routed the belt like you show and its like the belt is a 1/2 inch or so too short! Had the motor rebuilt and now i cant get the belt on to save my life, and nothing changed on the front of the motor.

Only way to know is to get the part number and make sure it’s actually for the truck. Other than that it’s just the routing of the belt that would be your problem
