What a great idea to start stash samplers! I have a lot in my stash and I'm going to join you. I LOVE that Dutch sampler by Permin of Copenhagen!! I bought it as a kit in February this year in a shop in Paris. I can't wait to start it with you. Your stitching is so beautiful and I admire all your finished projects! x

I've been falling in love with more heirloom-style designs and seeing those Paula Vaughans made me smile! And yes to And they Sinned! It's winging it's way to me as I type. Unfortunately there was a delay in shipping as I added a whole bunch of other charts to my order and some had to be ordered from the designer before my order could ship. I have a few samplers ready to start for your SAL and thankfully you're doing And they Sinned close to last, so should have it all kitted by then! Will post a photo of my planned starts in group this coming week.

I am very OCD about not having too many wips so instead I have too many kitted up. Lol. Maybe I can start a few in your honor. I can’t wait to see your progress on Ann Dale. I ordered the chart but have never seen it actually stitched more than a few stitches. I’m excited to know your working on it.

You have a wonderful taste and are able to accomplish so much finishes. How do yo do? I have less than 20 big wips (some are samplers) and I am so slow. I try to rotate them and then I like so much the one that I am working on that I stitch only on that one for, like, 10 days and all my best laid plans are gone awry, As you say, one stitch at a time! thank you so much, there are lots of big Girl samplers around. I would recommend having a look at the hands across the sea samplers website. they have lots on there to choose from. It also shows in the description of each sampler, what type of stitches are in each design. Do not be afraid of specialty stitches they are easy to do once you have some practice.
