How to "Blunderbuss Only" Bloodborne

- A detailed guide on how complete a Blunderbuss Only run in Bloodborne. Otherwise known as a Bloodborne Gun Only run but with a Hunter's Blunderbuss.
Paths shown in this video offer the least resistance possible. The rules are simple, only use of the Hunter's Blunderbuss and Visceral Attacks is allowed.
Weapons Used:
- Hunter's Blunderbuss
- My Bare Hand
Main Stats:
- Bloodtinge (for Gun Damage)
- Skill (for Visceral Attack Damage)
- Vitality (so I live longer)
All footage was captured on the PS5 in Backwards Compatibility mode.
Chalice Dungeon Path taken:
- Pthumeru Story Chalice to get Pthumeru Root Chalice
- False Depth Dungeons and Cum Chalice Unlocked
- Chalice Glyph pxmq3t98 to obtain Sinister Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice
- Reverse Depth Dungeons unlocked (best for Blood Stone Chunk farming)

My first playthrough of Bloodborne back in the day was all bullets, pure American. I'm still not sure if that makes me "skilled", bad, or a psychopath.
Also, unfathomably based for Devil Trigger.

It’s a scratch-and-sniff.
Parry and backstab only with the Blunderbuss. At least it’s still entertaining though less interesting than the slightly clickbait title suggests… Still a bit disappointing. I’m going to go do a Flamespayer only run but mostly use molotovs Brb.
Edit: I’m joking around but thank you for the new reverse depth glyph for chunks. I’ve been using bej77ini for so long.
Edit 2: Just subbed as you are the only person to answer my question proper without any confusing spreadsheets or nonsensical directions on how to get the rest of the story dungeons.

Went through the FRC with a blunderbuss is crazy.
Is it really viable if you have to out level the entire ng run and also pick up end game gems before killing the second boss?
I mean not doin it would have been harder. If your given access to it and can get vanilla items its not cheating. Now jailbreaking a ps4 is different cause of all the crap you can do to the game, and thats not ok for the pvp scene but pve your just stupid op.
That’s the beauty of souls games, if you have either the skills or the patience you can power through higher level challenges and get op super early. If they really gave a damn about stuff like this they would have patched it.

That's not exactly a challenge, the weapon is really good no matter what, so unless you count losing out on henryk's outfit a hardship (which it is henryk has the best hunter attire fight me)

Late in game. Blunderbuss at start.
Not quite, Ludwig’s rifle is better if you have low bloodtinge, but past 34 (I think) the blunderbuss gets better damage from scaling.

would be a great video if you actually showed how to get to the items in the glyph dungeons. i mean cmon if somebody is following this "how to" you just expect them to run around dying over and over until they find the chest? you could at least timelapse the run to the chest.
