Great wardrobe, im sure it feels great to finally have easy access to your clothes now. Small bench under window to sit and put socks/ shoes on would be a great addition, and a hook for belts or scarves.
Happy new year to my favorite Irish couple. 🎉❤️🥂🍾. Love how well the wardrobe came out. I’d make one suggestion: by the wall, under the window, I would put a small sitting bench with storage space underneath for wicker storage bins.( would look less cluttered with the natural wood color on walls. I would not hang anything from ceiling as it would make things look too cluttered and the space between both sides is not very wide to begin with. Love how functional and simple the whole wardrobe is. Well done ❤
@ also, I can already picture the beautiful sunrise and sunset views through that tiny window 🥰 you wouldn’t want to obstruct the view. It’s all about the simple pleasures in life 😘😘
Hooray for sensible storage! It really does make life better! Santa got me a few books, a few sweaters and some chocolates. All I need for a cozy night in. We're expecting our first real snow in a long time here in Virginia on Monday. 9-11 inches! My still up Christmas decorations are ready for a somewhat late white Christmas. ❄☃❄☃❄☃

Oh we will, thankfully the stairs is still going strong, however if I had my way I would rip it out tomorrow, but then it's not a priority unfortunately. I think we would both like to have a go at building our own stairs, so definitely a future vid 👍

We do, we have used gyproc plasterboard throughout downstairs and I used gyproc plaster for plastering. Our cabinet carcases are made from chipboard, but this is not structurally strong. For strength we use OSB (oriented strand board) which is super strong and used alot here structurally🙂
Watch your curtain rod clothes hangers ..if not heavymetal..mine bent after a few days.. had to put a pipe in to stiffen it..pole was prettier than a pipe ..what the who?? It's in a closet

Do you use gyprock in Ireland? In Canada that is what we use on our walls. What you are using we commonly refer to as chip board.
