Reminds me of a really cute picture my daughter in Colorado sent me. She was cross country skiing and had a toddler sitting on each foot wrapping their little arms and legs around her legs giving her an extra workout. I call it my Star Trek picture because she's being attacked be a pair of Klingons. 😂😂 (hoping you get the American TV reference)

The snow is lovely but I'm sure you have to be careful in case of falling in the narrow track. I think you were wise in returning to base before the bad weather. Another nice scenic walk. Stay safe
Don't worry, we take care. Once Rainer and I were caught in a sudden blizzard on a mountain in Japan. It was a very serious situation that we only managed to escape from due to our fitness, exceptional equipment, and because we carried one of the early GPS route trackers. It made us extra vigilant of conditions, even on local walks and we are very careful not to put Arthur and Jacob into danger.

I know we're fortunate to live where we do, but I find there is beauty almost anywhere. Australia has some very unique landscapes, flora and fauna.
