Mit den ADAC TotalEnergies 24h Nürburgring (18. - 21.) steht der Höhepunkt der Motorsportsaison auf dem Nürburgring auf dem Programm. 136 Fahrzeuge umfasst das Starterfeld, über 200.000 Zuschauer werden am Rennwochenende rund um die längste permanente Rennstrecke der Welt erwartet. Allein 30 der mächtigen GT3-Boliden von Audi, Aston Martin, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-AMG und Porsche mit einer exzellenten internationalen Fahrerbesetzung kämpfen um den Sieg - vielfach mit Werksunterstützung und Piloten aus den Werkskadern. Gigantisch ist auch das Rahmenprogramm mit historischen und aktuellen Rennwagen sowie unzähligen Attraktionen im Fahrerlager und rund um den über 25 km langen Kurs.

Hope someone uploads the pitstop of the Ferrari 296 after getting the tyre puncture. Changing all the rear section faster than filling up the tank... that was insane.
Thanks to Oreca... these parts are expensive but worth it. Without the quick swap, they wouldn't have won.

I've been watching GT3 for five years and this was the first time that I live streamed this race. I never expected my favorite brand to win today. It was well-worth the sleep deprivation.

@@proclive They built the car and developed the chassis. Also expensive parts, yes, but if you couldn't switch out the back as fast as they did, they wouldn't have won.
@@proclive the only other non german car to win the Nurburgring was the Viper in '99, '01, and 2002... and it was built by Oreca too, just saying. Not a coincidence.

@@Artiick first Ferrari win, first non-German win since 2002 (Viper), new distance record (by 3 laps). And the #20 Ferrari got the 24h circuit lap record and won PRO-AM.

@@Artiick also, the 296 is built for Ferrari by Oreca, just like Oreca built the Viper GTS-R that won in 1999, 2001 and 2002.

@@Andrew-vx2ls So? Still race winners, even if not overall. GT class aswell. Thats like saying the 488 GTE has never won a race before and the (2016) Ford GT hasn't either.
@@SuperGeronimo999 The Lotus Elite Mk14 won its class numerous times at Le Mans back in the day, but as with the 2016 Ford GT, it did not win the race overall (even if Ford's PR team have bigged it up and (we can understand why!) omit to mention that the Corvette has a rather better record at winning classes a LM!
When for example a Ford GT wins tha historic Spa 6 hour race...the class winners are not mentioned.
Simple: either race winner or class winner.
How it is possible that you make your distance from pver 1 minute to 26 seconds? Ferrari used nos because when the bottle is empty you lose power
