Great video, curious how much freedom you have to put a pergola or overhead coverage on the upper deck area? I imagine there must be height and visibility restrictions.
There are height restrictions, but if it was a "temporary" pergola or shade structure, there shouldn't be any issues. When we lived in this house we had two huge Costco umbrellas for sunny days :)

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your perspective) the city of Seattle prohibits Airbnb of waterfront or on water residences.
