let's say prices go down or crash
What is going to stop people from buying homes as the prices go down to the "bottom"?
The assumption people make is the economy is gonna be in such bad shape that i suppose "everyone will be unemployed " so "no one" will buy enough homes on the way down.
My personal opinion is that if prices drop in anyway they will just settle to a new home price but i doubt the new stabilized price is gonna be 2019 levels.

The market trends vary from location to location. There are places in this country where home prices ARE falling. The Atlanta area is NOT one of them. There is still too much demand versus supply for the ATL prices to drop.

Great video. Love your energy. It’s “volatile”, btw.

Georgia, very disappointing... sloppy state, crime and demographics are poor. Waste of a perfectly warm area with good proximity
