    This was so healing for me, thank you to all involved. I think the phrase "get over yourself" really means to step outside of the conditioning we recieved in childhood. It's in us, but not of us. Like a parasite. But unlike a parasite; the remedy is actually love and support. Because it's our inner child that's fearful and alone. They need our love and validation, and when they finally receive it, they can let go of their fearful grip and be free to be playful again.

    There's a world of difference between taking things seriously and doing things seriously. You don't have to take anything seriously but everything should be done seriously, even goofing around and hanging loose. Of if you're an astronaut floating in space and fixing a problem with the space capsule, you don't have to take the job seriously, you only have to perform it seriously. Same with brain surgery. Taking things seriously is a resistance to doing what you need to do when you need to do it. You only need to do it seriously.
    So by maintaining a serious approach to doing things while not over-attaching to the outcomes (that is, taking things seriously), you strike a balance that promotes both productivity and emotional well-being.

    As much as Bashar makes sense he gives off a robotic coldness. I guess this is where us humans and non humans are different.

    What is so "dark" about shame? I think the biggest of her problems is that she sees it as so "dark".

      yeah, shame is humility, which is a good thing. it's having pride as a goal that's the problem. pride rejects shame and doesn't allow us to align with the truth.

      Indeed psychopaths and narcissist doesn’t feel shame so it’s a humain state that bring precious informations.

      @rongike 17 часов назад +1

      @@ORIGJIN psychopaths and sociopaths don't feel shame, and sometimes they're called narcissists, but people with narcissistic personality disorder feel all the shame. that's their main problem, they're so consumed by it and constantly striving to escape it that they can't function normally, and so they don't see or have the mental capacity to care about how they're affecting others.

    • @leexid
      @leexid 22 минуты назад

      @@rongike Exactly! Narcissists, like Donald Trump & Elon Musk go dark because they cannot let go of their inherent self-judgement that they are less than others and try and over compensate that with addictions (sex: Musk & Trump are linked to Diddy) and hurting others so that they claim some kind of superiority at all cost (“winning” and always taking more). Trump was put down by his father & so too was Elon. Bullying begets bullying. Trump felt less worthy to his father because he was constantly compared to his brother. Elon overcompensated thru intellect. But here’s the real kicker: ITS ALL TO DO WITH THEIR HEART CHAKRA BEING CLOSED & ONLY EXISTING IN THE MIND. WHEN YOU LOSE THE MIND AND LIVE IN THE HEART SPACE YOU TRANSCEND THE LOWER VIBRATION OF SHAME. 💗🙏 Light and Love
