Well his standard outfit is suitable for karts AND bikes. All these princesses wear dresses which is hard to animate on bikes so that’s why they’re the ones with biker suits
I'm upset there are no Wario land 4 car just like in double Dash Guess developpers prefering adding biker outfits to womens instead of that goid old Wario.
Since all female characters have their biker outfits, Mario, Luigi, Toad, Wario and Waluigi will have their own racer outfits in the next Mario Kart game in the next gen Nintendo console, Mario Kart 9 on Nintendo Switch 2. We would like to see how they going to look like in their racer outfits, like we saw their sports attire in Mario Sports games (Mario Tennis Aces, Mario Golf Super Rush, Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, and Mario Strikers Battle League)

1- It's probably bc since the first time Peach was playable in MK she used her dress so randomly taking it away and switching to a biker outfit while it wasn't necessary, since bikes were introduced in Wii, it would've been kinda weird 2- I think it's cute how the three main princesses match mainly bc of their sister-like relationship Nintendo hints they have

It's not like she wears a dress in any of the sports games. And if they did it for the bikes they could have done it for the karts too since it was already put in the game for Wii. Peach and Daisy sure, but Peach has barely interacted with Rosalina and I'm pretty sure Daisy and Rosalina have never met in a main game before. Now I'm Wii when the bikes were introduced, they realized the princesses will need to move so that's why the biker outfits and probably they were js lazy and that's why it's the same but I think it's very cute i only wish they had different drawings on the back bc Peach has a heart but it's doesn't make sense for Daisy, a flower princess, and Rosalina, a Star princess, to have hearts instead of their respective icon (sorry for grammar mistakes)

In Mario kart tour I use peach and toadette mains, and I have an 80% chance to dodge bowser shells on practically every course except for Singapore speedway
i feel like peaches suit in the new game should have a skirt on the sides that is cut off in the front so she can still sit on the bike without looking awkward. the top should look like peachettes but peachified

The reason most of the female characters have biker outfits is due to them wearing dresses. You can't exactly ride a bike while wearing a dress
Not all female characters have biker suits - birdetta and toadette don't since they don't have long dresses that would interfere with the bike
