Incredible package of height, athletic ability, body control, basketball iq and shooting mechanics for his age. Plus a very good feel for the game it seems, on both offence and defence. And still 2 more years of HS. Really amazing. If he continues to develop his hype will be gigantic in 1-2 years.
Even as of right now with 0 further development a lot of people argue that Flagg is among the best players in the high school scene if not the best. Him and Boozer are better than almost all seniors if not all.
He's 6'9 and looks like the tallest guy on the court. Its cool that hes doing all this now and I hope the best for him, but I wanna see how it translates to college and pro. He could also still grow, being this good at 16 is amazing.
Offensively I just do not see his skill level translating that well to NBA. Bird was slow but he had a good first step and everything else for his size but athleticism.
The thing you may not be considering is how quickly he has improved in past few years and still being 16, how much craftier he will be when he's drafted in 3 years. If he can stay healthy, can definitely see him getting to Larry Bird's level
Great pace to his game. Doesn't seem to ever be out of control. Athletic. Shoots well. Good handle. What I really loved seeing is him looking up right away after a big block. Bro is really controlling the game! Great future!! Pray he remains healthy and he can do some amazing things!
Growing up and Maine and playing ball all over, I can say this kid is special. We aren't exactly known for basketball, he is on another level. If he got that good playing against sub par competition, just imagine what playing in Florida is going to bring out of him.
There is actually some question, since Cameron Boozer has slightly outplayed them overall in their head-to-head encounters (Boozer is 3-1 in those games). He's also an amazing talent. I have to think that when it comes to whoever is picking #1 in draft (assuming Cooper doesn't reclassify), that they will pick Flagg over Cameron. His appears to be a bit higher.
Dudes a certified baller. My only gripe is seeing him a handful of times in this video using a hook to get around defenders in the post. Gonna have to clean that up. Which I’m sure the more he gets called for it he will because he good enough not to need it.
I've seen enough, just sign him already. What a beast. I want to see him face some better players though but still an absolute beast. He has the entire package, genetic freak and the intellect.
So, he's actually bigger and stronger than I think most think. He's got broad shoulders. Especially for his height and age. He's going to fill out well. And his speed and coordination for a 6-9 and 16yo is literally a bit mindboggling.
Right now it's Cam Boozer, Carlos Boozers son. But I REALLLY think it should be Cooper. He's disgusting. I feel like he would be #1 in the 23 and 22 class as well
Pastor Quiboloy owns the record this millenium. He shot efficiently also -- a staggering 2 misses only on 3pt shots he took, which was about 40. He finished with 130+ I think. EDIT: I thought 104p was for just 1 game but it's 3 games total. Pastor Q did 130+p in just 1 game.
Very well rounded player. Can do it all. He's got the Kyle Anderson/Doncic slow-mo action. Speed is gonna be different in the NBA, but I'd like to see the Rockets get him.

Cold! Next Larry Bird. I’m routing for this guy. I hope all goes well for him. That type of skill translates easy, you can tell he puts hours into his game.

I've read posts with negative comments about Cooper Flagg and those posts seem to be based on something other than his ability on the court. I'm not sure how they made their determination but it sure can't be based on his skills and ability because from what I've seen he's has a very solid game.
He’s the next Larry Bird but a Larry Bird that’s 100x more athletic, he’s going to be dangerous as hell on whichever NBA team he’s playing for in future.
