Td Ameritrade/ thinkorswim is for swing and day trades. Webull is good for options and swing trades. Robinhood is a very easy to use but your left with less utility.

TD Ameritrade is also available for people outside the US, but they are not that good at promoting this. I am trading on TD from Norway so I know it is possible. Love that Thinkorswim runs well on both linux and mac.

Used to love IBKR due to their short supply, but I ditched them after the GameStop block. Fidelity is overall pretty good.

as i mentioned, i don't really have a ton of experience using it - just some minor day trading so far.

@@amadetube have you played with IBKR much? I’ve played with it a bit, but I do all my trading on my phone (just a bit of swing trading, while at work)
I find it clunky, if I didn’t already have an account with an Australian broker, maybe I’d put more effort into learning IBKR. They have a max limit of 25k margin for Australians unless you qualify as a sophisticated investor, so their cheap margin rates are useless to me.
Also most aussie brokers have L2 data for free.
Customer support can have the 1 deduction IMO at IBKR , using them a lot but not impressed with customer sup

This vid was a lot of work to make, but was super helpful. I currently bounce between WeBull and TD Ameritrade, and have some long-term/retirement stuff in Vanguard and some auto-transfers going to Acorns (for years now). Thinking I may switch away from Acorns over to M1 Finance, since they’d be doing a bit of the same, so thanks for the insight, Daniel!

Do any of the stock brokers you mentioned allow Indians residing in India to open an account with them?
Interactive broker, you can open an account as an international investor. But keep in mind that excessive fees and everything that you'll be paying.
I really wish WeBull allowed fractional shares. I'd go back to them in a heart beat if they did. For now it's M1 and fidelity.
Well Webull announced they will offer fractional share purchasing soon.
