i dont think i have ever had such a cute and successful birthday party. for my 18th birthday we went bowling, and it was a fun time, however the last time i hosted at my own house was probably like 8 or 9 years ago. ive always been anxious about hosting birthday parties at my own house, but im very glad that i held the party at my house this year especially since we are most likely parting ways in a couple months. im very sattisfied with how the party turned out and im obviously very gratefull for the gifts. other than that i really love my friends and they all mean so much to me so im really happy that i got to share my 19th birthday with them (well the party at least, my birthday was the 13th T-T). i usually never celebrate my birthday as i never found it anything celebratory so i think ive celebrated my birthday like 3 or 4 times throughout my entire life. so it made me a little emotional watching the content after the party. i just never thought i'd have the opportunity to celebrate my birthday like this, because ive never experienced this kind of attention (?). so the birthday song and everything in the moment made me really happy and low-key emotional.
