That was an unbelievable game. Straight sets,but a very close game.
3 hrs for a straight set match
In tennis, the difference between top seeded players and very good to good players has always been the capability to better play the crucial points. Draper has played a fantastic match but, third set apart, Sinner has played them better.
One more thing from my 45 years old of age.....in the past we had very charismatic players like McEnroe and Connors calling for the crowd to make noise and applauses while the others rarely or never did that. Nowadays, apart few examples, a lot of players are doing that (like bringing the hands to ears and others) and I personally find it annoying as I did not like to see the same (or even worse) from those 2 Americans.
Agreed hate the cringe ear motion thing..this is not football. You want the crowd going wild? Play a different sport. Its very cheap and does not belong in this dport

Nonostante il punteggio che potrebbe trarre in inganno, incontro non bellissimo; troppi errori da entrambe le parti!. Sinner, troppi errori sulla prima palla del servizio spesso in rete, così come le palle di dritto facili spesso in rete! Ne ho contate 15-20 in tutto l'incontro. Non era il solito Sinner! Forse perché Draper, giocava una palla liftata, difficile da gestire, ma certi errori mi hanno fatto davvero incazzare ed ho sbattuto la mano sul tavolo!... Però è facile parlare dalla sedia o il divano di casa! L'altro giocatore britannico, è bravo, tosto, altrimenti non sarebbe arrivato in semifinale; ha sofferto fisicamente, sudando davvero almeno 4 camicie, pardon magliette! ad un certo punto ha persino avuto un piccolo accenno di vomito!... Verso la fine, reagiva per disperazione, nonostante continuasse a renderla dura a Sinner! Quest'ultimo del resto aveva avuto anche lui un piccolo incidente al polso, cadendo su un colpo che del resto magistralmente aveva messo a segno! Insomma un match non bellissimo ma molto tirato sui nervi e sul fisico! se Sinner non migliorerà nella prima di servizio, nel dritto che è finito troppe volte in rete, la vedo dura contro il prossimo che sarà probabilmente l'americano Fritz!...P. S. Credo che Sinner se non ricordo male, non sia mai andato a rete con un serve and volley, che una sola volta in tutta la partita! strano perché è una delle sue armi migliori!
Sinner sa fare molto meglio di quello che si è visto in questo incontro. Il problema è che veniva da un match molto duro con Medvedev, l'inglese invece ci è arrivato facile, senza incontrate avversari forti, tranne De Minaur.

First 2 sets were very physical for both of them, then Draper throw up too, Sinner got injured on the wrist; but Draper had nothing left on the third, he was not feeling well.
