Hey there! This could be because there was too much flour in the batter. Is it possible there was too much added?
@@IowaGirlEats i added the amount indicated but I notice varying results in baking with different GF flours. The next batch i just smushed with the measuring cup and they turned out perfect. They were delicious either way!
