Today my partner surprised with such a great gift. She bought me a copy of Junior by Corridor. I love all sorts of music, but I am sucker for indie rock sounds, given that I spent a lot of my teens and early twenties listening to The Strokes, Interpol, Editors etc …
I have never heard of this band until today and I can’t stop listening to them!!
They are an absolute gem!! Best surprise present ever and at the same time very lucky and fortunate to know about this band! (Thanks babe 😘)

C’est toujours un plaisir de voir des francophones faire de la musique de qualité quelque soit le pays :) Je trouve qu’il y a un vrai renouveau de ce côté et c’est cool !
Oui en France on pense que la musique québécoise c’est Céline Dion garou Natacha saint pierre. Alors qu’il y a des groupes fous comme corridor ou jesus les filles

I am going to go out on a limb and say that these guys are the most overdue band in the history of KEXP. This is the best new music being played, along with Palm and Omni - truly incredible on a sonic level. To see them play on here is truly deserved. How Supermercado didn’t get them a spot is beyond belief. Demain Déjà is one of the best songs of the last decade. What a band

These guys are so fucking good. Saw them live like 3 or 4 years ago in Atlanta when they were touring with Crumb. Would kill to see them live again now that I've fallen in love with their music and actually know their songs!! Still was really dope to see them live and hear their music for the first time though. Such an underrated band!

Can't believe i havent heard this band before. It's an article in Exclaim magazine about the 15th year anniversary of Malajube's Trompe l'oeil, another band from Montreal that had success in english markets. This band is alot better, awesome.

La musique est très bien, les musiciens maîtrisent bien, très bons sons de guitares, les compos sont assez inspirées, il y a du détail... Par contre le chant, bof... Pour moi ça manque de présence, de charisme, de relief, de vie... Sans compter qu'il y a beaucoup trop de reverb sur la voix, ça noie tout (influence shoegaze ?).
Ca semble être l'effet désiré, oui.
Les chants sont absolument parfaits, ils vont parfaitement avec leur musique. C'est clairement voulu en plus que les voix soient 'perdues' dans le mix.
@@AgravepasmonK Non, ce n'est pas "absolument parfait", ce n'est que votre opinion, apprenez la différence entre une opinion et un fait. Et évidemment que c'est voulu... Mais ce n'est pas parce c'est voulu que c'est une bonne idée, encore moins que c'est "parfait"...
Me semble que tu projete un peu la, je donne mon avis autant que toi tu donne le tien.
