Your new setup looks great! However, the rock is bone white. You have at best, 6 more months before coral will thrive. Your tank has to go through the ugly phases. Best to let it happen. Remove any nutrient control media. No carbon, gfo, or bio media for nitrate reduction. No skimmer either. The tank will go through a rollercoaster of swings. Ignore testing nutrients as it will make you adjust. Don't adjust nutrients. Stick with regular water changes and sand siphoning. Clean the glass and feed only the fish. Do that till purple coralline algae grows. Be patient. P.S. the coral in there might not make it during this time.

Hi ms reefer foxx. Thank you for your comment. I dont agree on the corals not surviving to be honest just due to the fact i have started with colony which eliminates most of new tank syndrome and ugly stage. I have used this method on previous builds including a 7ft spa dominated tank and never no problems. But we will see. I wouldnt have introduced coral this quick but i had no choice as the nano was far to unstable and im not used to keeping such small water aquariums always been near the 1000L sizes. Things was just swinging to quick so i thought things will have a much better chance at survival in the new tank. I appreciate your comment and in no means am i disrespecting your comment. Just i feel for myself this is the best way forward. I will be posting my progress so everyone will see my failure if that is the case. But as i said my last large build i done exactly the same way and that run for years with no issues from the start. Keep safe.

@@aaronsreef1403 you clearly know what your doing Aaron and like we’ve talked before I’m getting ready to move from a 36gallon bowed to a 75 gallon. I too will be transferring my 2 small clowns and Royal Gramma and Yellow watchman goby. Aaron from the time you had water and sand in your new tank, how many days was it since you where able to transfer your fish?

Hi scott. Once it was full and water to temp i added the atm colony. It says to add fish straight away but i did give it 2 days to settle. Then i transferred the fish
