If so how is land so cheap in America, this looks absolutely amazing.
You should open Zillow and start scrolling through random rural areas. The reason rural is cheap is because most people with money are city people. These days work from home people are coming to the rural areas so prices are going up, but they will never be city prices. Buying 500-1000 areas of land for half mil is a dime a dozen in many parts of mainland US.

good idea - which we have thought about before. a couple things - we find many, many properties that come back on the market if the people get transferred. So that wouldn't serve anyone well. The best thing is to just text and see if the property is still available - or do we have something like it - which is the case MOST of the time. 'yes, the 48 ac place sold, but we just got a 62 ac place with a house - want to see that one?' that's the spirit of what we do. And no, we wont bug you - no time for that here.
