Thank you for this podcast! خيي عانى من panic attack وكنت بعرف ان شي نفسي وأكيدة ونصحت ان يتابع مع psychologue بس ماكفا وحاليا كل الأماكن يلي بيعمل فيها panic attack بالماضي وقف يروح عليها نهائيا لأن مفكر هيدا هو الحل. ويمكن مفكرين بالعيلة ان تخلص من هالحالة يلي مرق فيها بالماضي وخلص. بس لا مهم يرجع للموضوع ويتابع من الجذور وهالفيديو دعم لرأيي يلي طلع صح وفيني حضره ياه شكراً كتير كتير لكل هالتوضيح والصراحة، ومن هالفيديو قدرت افهم ان السبب ممكن يكون a trauma هيدي فكرة جديدة ماكنت بعرفها. Its like i am talking… same story maybe different type of traumas.. but we lived the same thing. The worst part for me is i cannot work unless it’s remotely , i can’t drive more than 10 minutes i would feel claustrophobic and start panicing… She mentioned something as well, about conert, i had a panic attack in the concert as well but that wasn’t me she talked about i did have it because i had agoraphobia and i had to go to this concert.. and it was tough for me crowds, stress… Valeria you are amazing, you are so strong so strong can’t wait to become a strong version of u. Anxiety doesn't cause long-term high blood pressure (hypertension). But episodes of anxiety can cause dramatic, temporary spikes in blood pressure that is not harmful. Thank you so much Patricia 🤍 Means a lot to us! 🤍

Many person needs therapy but it's out of budget to make 1 session every week and as you said it is a long procedure, especially that there is no insurance that covers the cost 😢 we still (in lebanon) don't admit that psychologique cases are as important as physical ones

I feel this girl Anxiety has a reason we should work on the reason exemple trauma which is my case , i have anxiety attack rarely panic attack , and i can't show emotion still working with my therapist but i m bored and tired of this, i changed 4 therapist, not easy to find the right one even if he's well known ,

I went through the same thing a few years ago, and Dr Christina saved my life, and now I am saving others' lives. Val, you are a genuine person who indeed is respected for sharing her story and being courageous. I am sure you helped others by helping yourself first. I wanted to comment on what you have said on "shedde halik" because this is so common not only in Lebanon but also where I worked in London, at least with the people I've listened to. Such insensitive words can lead to frustration and are not helpful at all. Thus, I encourage all people to mind their words. Dr Christina, thank you for your on-point scientific tips. No no, it is not harmful at all! It is just a temporary spike and it is not harmful at all. Please rest assured 🙏. Anxiety is NOT harmful.

حسب الحالة، بس بعظم حالات نوبات الهلع فينا نوقف الدواء كلّياً، المهم الشخص يتابع علاج نفسي عند معالج متخصص علاج معرفي سلوكي CBT🙏
