Each week, you come up with a topic that most of us pass through without even knowing what to label it. Thank you, Sarah, for being vulnerable by sharing your story. Keep inspiring!

Sharing your story is a lesson to all unaware people about words' psychological and physical impact on us as humans. Thank you so much, Sara; your energy is relaxing, btw. Dr Christina, your intelligent questions and comments about social media, labelling, and the power of habits (brain training) are all so powerful. Looking forward to the next episodes!

We live in a sick society based on criticizing, humiliation and observation lacks culture and ethics , those who are supposed to go to therapy make others suffer and go to therapy
