What a crock-how about a bit of description on what you are actually doing and what it is adjusting.

He is adjusting how many levels of speed ebike will have (you can do 1-3, 1-5, etc), and then next he is adjusting at what percentage the motor will work on spesific bike level. For example if he saves the setting with "3_90" - it means that at level 3 motor will provide 90% power.
Set it to 100 and motor will provide full power.

What's the difference between 0-3 and 1-3? Is 0 peddling with no assistance and 1 is using the motor? @@dijanabrkic5167

@@dijanabrkic5167 Thank you. Another question: the motor cuts power after certain speed. Is there a settings for that also? Any manual for all those settings?

I have the same problem as you for my new Engine X. +/- buttons have not effect in the custom settings. Did you find a solution ? I'm in Belgium.

I read someone who suggest pressing the + / - at the same time for 3 seconds then press - / i mode button at the same time for 3 seconds to access the Ls menu. I succeeded accessing this Ls menu but still not able to change anything. I mean pressing + or - has no effect. You still can try on your side. Another guy suggested to unlock the display by pressing + / - / power button all three at the same time for 3 seconds. Tried on my side, it showed 36 on the screen. Next try it showed 48 on the screen. I don't know what it means. Keep me updated. I introduced a ticket with Engwe for that problem. Good luck.

@@yoyoto68 unfortunately no solutions found. I was able to unlock the bike to full speed and use the throttle but not able to adjust the different levels.

same issue with mine on the Engwe L20SE. Perhaps its down to the type of controllers installed as Engwe told me the L20SE has restricted settings. If any one can advice how to get all the settings please lets us know.

Or you could just google and read the manual. This saves you time if you know about bikes. If you don't time to read manuals and learn. Learning is not instant.
