I lived in the same city and grew up with his nephews. Bindy was paranoid at the end and thought everybody especially his own people wanted to kill him. But in the beginning even the Cops were scared of him and would not approach his house rather wait outside to talk to him on the road. The people he started with were worried having him around because his paranoia at the end.
I heard about this, apparently, he was constantly looking out of the window, wherever he went, in his final days.
