As an RN I can speak for all when I tell we so appreciate when patients are so understanding as you! In the current environment working in medicine being a nurse is not the easiest job. Trust me when I say the majority of us are putting in 100%. I’m so happy to see Landon is doing well with his infusions. I’ve been cheering for you from the start of your journey to trying to get a diagnosis. The fact he graduated from PT is just absolutely awesome! I’m also praying for your journey into your own health concerns Jessica.
Your children were meant for you and that means God knew you and Lance could be the parents they needed.
When I don’t sleep well I usually get a migraine prayers you don’t. You and Lance are such good parents

my mom always spoiled me on hospital days when I was younger. Nothing wrong with it!
I think that hospital appointment traditions are so important. My mom and I always used to go get waffles or chocolate chip pancakes between labs and clinic. As a 20 year old I’ve come to realize how important the little things like that were to making long medical days easier.
The before and after of the roads and house remind me of many a winter work day in Maine and Montana, going into the office building clear (if overcast) and dry, and coming out to potentially just large white lumps in the parking lot (if you weren't lucky enough to get a spot in the parking garage!).❄ I'd forget most of the time to flip up my windshield wipers and they'd freeze pretty hard to the glass. 😕
I think you have permission to be as emotional as you want to be, at whatever point you choose, after the rollercoaster ride you and your family have been on the last couple of years. Expressing emotion in no way diminishes the strength you and Lance have shown as you face the challenges as they come. 💪 I'm grateful to have been able to watch the parts of your journey you've shared with us and to think of you as long-distance, virtual extended family. 🤗💞 Stay safe and well!

Have you ever watched the RUclips Blog of No Egg Craig or Hercules Candy? He also has CIPD and went from a wheelchair to now a runner again all by changing his food. Beat of luck ❤️

So thankful things went well for Landon. He so brave. Two children with walking issues I would think is sooooo scary. But so thankful they are on the other side now. Landon is an amazing boy doing his infusions. I’m currently slowly prepping for a pill camera test on Monday. I get vitamin b12 injections every 12 weeks and I can feel when I need the next one as my health issues get worse. I would rather a kid eat unhealthy than not healthy when in hospital etc. Olives count as a veggie too.

Jessica, I've watched your videos for a while now. Along with your in-sister -law's videos.(Thank you both for the uplifting videos) Anyhow I just wanted to let you know you're a rockstar Mamma(not leave now you're awesome husband) I was born with cerebral palsy. I know that the journey that you and Landon(family) have to go through has just begun. I understand the frustration . My mother had to go through the same stuff with me. but I just wanted to leave a positive note and let you know.... you guys are doing AMAZING!!! You are so uplifting and positive you're doing everything right. Thank you for being such an inspirational light to others.❤️

Landon has inspired me to donate blood and plasma so kids like him can have these infusion therapies. It requires human blood products since they cannot be created in a lab. I would encourage anyone who is able to consider donating. So blessed to see the miracles of medical technology.

Landon we're still praying for you. You are such a strong willed young man. Glad he's doing well. Jessica you are such a great momma. How long do you think he will have to have his infusions ? I'm hoping and praying that soon they can come up with a med that will eradicate all autoimmune diseases. Love you guys and God bless. 💜
We don’t have a timeline really. They were hoping about 2 years of infusions but we don’t know how his body will respond. :)

I believe Landon is such a STRONG PERSON 👍🥰❣️ I don't have the same strength as him💔. But, I also don't get infusions as often as Landon. I'm really impressed with how he's handling everything 👍❣️ Mentally, Emotionally, & Physically 👍❣️ Currently, Landon is my hero ❣️ I AM INSPIRED TO BE BRAVE LIKE HIM ❣️
Jessica, you are doing a great job 👍❣️ I also do the prep, minus the Tylenol (they use Ibuprofen instead) ... My liver CANNOT handle the Tylenol 💔. My infusions are currently 3 times a year right now. They have been more frequent at other times; and less frequent at some. The hospital I do my infusions at, is a Seventh Day Adventist Hospital and the cafeteria is vegetarian, so the food is wonderful for me 👍❣️
Unfortunately, I don't have an appetite when doing my infusions. I do drink tons of fluids 👍. My oldest son makes sure of that 👍❣️

My Grandma had rhabdomyolysis from a medication that was recalled in the early 2000's ... We were lucky that it didn't cause permanent damage 😭❣️ But it did cause her to fall and ultimately break her hip & need a full hip replacement. We did do a class-action lawsuit💔, and settled out of court for the families that did lose family members 😭💔.
I had braces when I was about 12 & I still wear retainers at 47, MOSTLY AT NIGHT (THESE ARE FOR A JAW DISEASE CALLED TMJ) 👍❣️I'm glad ZOFRAN works for Landon, it doesn't work for me, I take PHENERGAN, it's older but does the trick 👍. Please remember to take: ONE DAY AT A TIME 👍🥰❣️

If it's doable, you might want to consider testing everybody for autoimmune stuff. Even if they don't have anything, knowing if they're at risk might be worth it. I know it's expensive, especially with so many, just a suggestion.
Did you all see the northern lights that recently happened? I saw on the news that people in Fairbanks where able to see them.
