just wires and about Garrett ATX I guest you can make it but you have to know data of the coils.i'm not familiar with this coil. Greetings

Bare wire has to have connections to the shield everywhere for better results

You didn't show the most important part which is connecting the starts and Ends.
There are 2 start point and 2 End How do we connect them to the circuit ?

Mr Boril ,what the oscilloscope has to do with adjustment to the coil ,I didn't understand this part,also is this adjustment exclusive for the admiral coil or we can do this for any other coil with deferent MDs .?
I solved the inductance issue that I found a reasonable DMM to do that but do you have any good idea for a cheap oscilloscope? thanks from Egypt

Almost every metal detector goes for gold nuggets it depends on the size of gold. Admiral is more like coin shooter. I have found 3-4mm lead pieces with the Admiral.

Hi, friend this search coil is for Admiral the wire that can be use is for TX - 0.40 to 0.50mm and RX 0.20 to 0.30mm. but most important this is the way that most DD coils are making. Greetings

Ese alambre es calibre 22mm aquí en República Dominicana no existe el 0.45mm

for RX you can use from 0.20 to 0.30mm and for TX from 0.40 to 0.50mm. More important induction to be for TX around 1mH and RX can be 7mH to 12mH

120-130 for RX and 45-50 for TX . and one more thing the cable for it must be at least 4 wire shielded.
