Headslam is great and all, but you can dish out twice as much damage with the regular headbutt since it is faster and usually hits more often, not to mention it doesn't bleed your stamina dry which allows you to charge more, Alberta is a beast if you play counter offensively, I have seen one drop a rex, course player skill probably played a huge, huge part of that, but still. They are a pretty big threat to even apex if played smart.
Just a tip for anyone playing Alberta unless you know they don’t have bb (bone break) or you know how to dodge there bb don’t try and 1v1 any dasps cause if they land a bb they can and will kill you unless there new to dasp
Not sure what they changed about it recently, but it does abysmal damage now. It outright loses in a facetank to an Allo. In no world should that shit be happening.
Good thing to note i that the head slam uses stamina, and the normal headbut doesnt, the kick also uses stam, so for exampel if a meg hunts you and drains al your stamina you can do NOTHING, so i always prefer the normal headbutt then u have some sort of defence if you have zero stam left.
The thing about alberta is you need to watch and manage stam very carefully. When it comes to combat you're really only viable against things that are slow, or things you can hit in a few shots while you have your back up against a rock or cliff. It's not viable solo with larger apexes in the game. I enjoy alberta a lot, just because so many people seem to underestimate it, but I definitely don't play it solo. I always make sure I have at least one other albert or if server rules allow another ceratopsian like styrac. Styrac + alberta combo is super nice.
Head slam never seemed valuable to me because all Alberta moves take stam and he only has 1 head slot, the damage is good but not worth being completely defenseless when hit with venom and venom dino are popular dino. I think if Alberta had 2 head slots like they should they would be a lot more dangerous
I am so happy that you didn't do the same thing you did with the Deino. Love your vids man, and I love them because you don't baby your audience. And as someone who want's to know that stats of a dino I think this is the best way to do your videos.
I appreciate that feedback! I seen your comment on the other video and took it into consideration and might just keep the videos like this from now on!
Worth noting that you don't actually have to be holding still to stomp. At least the Amarg doesn't, I'm assuming it's the same here. You just can't be sprinting. Also it's lame that you can never actually get the Stampede to stack 4x because of party cap. They should turn the Alberta into a Support Trike. Give him a Niche like the Lamb while the Eo and Sty match the Bars and Iggy
Just my opinion, but among the ceratopsian I think it's the worst. It can't outrun something it can't fight like a styra or brawl it out something like an eotrike. Plus it's too stamina reliant.
Pot is the only dinosaur survival game ive ever seen that can take a creature they may have spent months if not years developing only to turn it into avoidable trash due to their shit ass combat system lol if they had any common sense about gaming, they would come up with a solution to make each creature worth your time. ya know.. kinda like the isle has done. then again PoT is trying to bank off of the isles success. its kinda like..... the off brand version... anytime i watch someone pvp in this game... i cant help but cringe and wonder how it is people can proudly post it without feeling some level of embarrassment at how awkward the fights are....

I dont recommend the headslam for 8:14 THAT reason, headbutt in my opinion is better, since u can always protect yourself! :D
The stupidest thing they did to alberta is make his head slam use stamina and with his awful stamina recovery rate that was not smart
The Stomp for Alberta does AOE damage now.
I still don’t know if that’ll help it. Maybe for small creatures but they’ll be hard to hit even with AOE
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYTYou can click it while you walking and you're still moving during animation. It's pretty good.
Definitely looking forward to the carch I wanna main him but definitely could use more insight on him
Make a new Albert video
Alberta is good, just not the best for solo play unfortunately.
i heard that speed Albert helps
@@everyonesinsane7689 I use speed Alberta, it's OK in group but isn't the best solo tho.
For all abilities alberta uses stam exept for the 50 dmg headhutt
I find IT pretty sad that IT wasnt an Interview. I really enjoyed IT
Alberta was the first dino i got to adult

More, pleae do all official dinos
What about the Laten ?? I haven’t seen a vid covering any chickens 🐓 😢
lmao im getting to it!
What server was this on?
Does he have 650 hp? I thought its 800
nope it’s 650
Pretty sure it got Buff to 800, mostly because when I saw People doing Test, its health was stated to be 800 by the game
Also In their Testings, they could use the Stomp while Trooting, Walking not only standing
But I will still prefer Balance
Ohhh okay, I guess they didn’t update it on the stat chart. I should of double checked myself, that’s my fault lol
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT Dw about it, alot of things are still outdated so most of them check by themselves
what about deinonychus
Can you loose growth progress when you are an adult?
Yes if you die
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT thanks for fast answer
No problem!
Alberta had 800hp.
What’s the styras health? Anybody know ?
600
@@SIMPLYAMAZINGYT thank you 🙏🏻
Btw head slam sucks the regular head butt is better lol
yang next please
I like it
Nice
