Hi Everyone! Hope you are all doing well. I love RUclips, but boy it can be difficult to keep up with life and making videos, but I am definitely going to try! In this video we made Keto Rice Pudding! From a child I have always loved rice pudding, but never really thought about making a keto version.
Give it a try, wish I had earlier because its actually super easy to make.

Hey! That particular rice I didn’t get off of Amazon, I got it from the low carb grocery store in our area. But I looked on Amazon for you and they do have a few options. Type Miracle Noodle Ready-To-Eat Rice, 200g, White into your Amazon search, this rice would work too.

Did you mix it with 3 whole eggs as it looked as if you had the whites in the bowl as well? Looks fab👍🏻

No just the yoke, a white might have accidentally slipped in there!
