Thank you Torsten. It's really sobering to learn that Vuhledar may soon fall to the aggressors. The UA fought brilliantly in defense. Slava Ukraini ✊
lol. weldone UA for all ur fight which u put:)
Worrying times. ☹️
Well deserve 100k sub
Amazing work!
Thanks for the update 👍
How many Russian casualties did it take to finally take it over the years? Its probably at least 40-50k
That is the really important factor here. Unfortunately its not as easy to see as looking at lines on maps.
Nah around 10k to 15k realistically.
If lying to one self helps you sleep at night , go ahead 😂
About as much as the cope you will consume to get over the loss of Vuhledar.
@@tombrazy12hunnitpoint being?
Thank you for the update
👍🏻💯🍀💝🇺🇦🇪🇺🇺🇦🙏🏻🇺🇦💪🏻🪖
A rather relevant question will be how soon the Ruzzian loss of around 3 months of ammunition will impact their ability to maintain their tempo/progress along the fronts..? 🤔🧐 Obviously it will take some time, but ammunition losses of such volumes is not something easily compensated for..🧐
It depends on how much they have in deep storage and how quickly they can reactivate it to fill the Gap. It does seem likely that there will be a somewhat noticeable difference on the front lines, but I feel that it's not going to last for as long as people hope. The Russians make a crapload of munitions even if they have to reroute some from the other side of Russia, they probably have something laying around.
The current estimate for weapon systems looks to be about a year to 18 months. However, that just means the quantity available will be far less, not that theyll have none at all.
But, thats also the point where a lot of the Ukrainian arms production with companies like Rheinmetal is expected to kick off, so if Ukraine can survive that long, next summer or fall could be an inflection point.
We don't know composition of these depots.
RFAF Local ammo reserves should suffice till the start of rainy season in 2-4 wks. Ruzzia has ability to produce in a month ~100-200 missiles, ~500-1000 bombs, ~250K 152mm. assuming that these depots had ~25-50% of annual production. Ruzzia has enough to keep 1/2 pressure on front lines for 6 mo.
Most likely Ukraine was able to prevent repeating massive saturating air attacks on energy infrastructure during winter. These attacks would have devastating effect on big cities laterally freezing population to death. That is by far the most important result.
Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦💪
Do you still believe that? Ukraine is getting destroyed.
Thanks, Torsten.
Thoose are not missiles, bombs and drones that Russia is launching. Thoose are supersonic showels
Ivan humour is weird.

European settlements are so compartmentalized compared to North American counterparts …. Every time we see a satellite view of a tiny town of 5-10,000 over there, I’m reminded that they’re built completely different than what we have over here
Always a good report. Thanks, Torsten.
Congrats on breaking 100k subs! cheers
That small Vuhledar resulted in the degradation of an amazing amount of troops and armor for years. So, they gained their graveyard - until the counter attack comes as the Russians may soon lack some ammo as they go .... in the mean time, Russian banks are running into major problems and the central bank barely has funds if they may need to intervene on a bank run ...... The economic collapse is actually now, no way to fix this at this moment.
Bro says this as the UA is surrounded....
@@SU_Plata you must be there please keep us updated 👍
@@Dixie60 I mean, lines keep falling. Gaps keep getting bigger, lol
@@SU_Plata Ukraine is being surrounded now? You gotta be kidding 😂
@marionow6227 "bro trust us, it's okay of we leave our 9 year old defensive lines with nothing behind us to the dniper"
Solid reporting as ever Torsten.
Thank you as always. Despite the news
Congratulations on the sub milestone, good work is its own reward.
well the orcs get the shit together, and make progress, too bad for Ukraine.
Very informative
If you're gonna green screen, why do your normal room? maybe something cool next time...a fire-breathing dragon
Wow that aggregate plant situation had been going on for sooo long. That part is nice to see.

Thanks for the report! Congratulations on reaching 100k subs too!
Balkenkreuz = WW1 = WW2 = TODAY! You should know this as a german.
Bavaria is close enough to Austria that I'll allow the catchphrase
Thorough as always, thanks.
The Balkenkreuz was already used in the Imperial German Army in WW1 from 1916-1918 and then as you say until the end of WW2.

NAFO 69th Brigade new convoy.
Not very good news today..😢
Thank you for the update once more, @militaryandhistory. I tried to ask this question earlier, but did not see any response. Hope you see it and that you might be able to shed some light: As there are (as far as I can count) 3 major railroads and roads into either oblast usable for the Russians on Ukraine's Eastern border (Avilo-Uspenka, Novoazovsk and Marynivka in Donetsk and Izvaryne, Chervonopartyzansk and Milove in Luhansk) and given the striking capabilities being demonstrated by Ukraine into Russian territory; why are they not capable of cutting these supply routes, as there surely must be vulnerable river crossings and bridges that could be targeted and within reach all along these routes? To someone neither familiar with the geography nor fully understand the limitations, these seem like obvious choke-points. Could you perhaps talk some more about the Russian supply routes in one of your upcoming updates? Thanks!
The Ruzzians have been on the Offensive without pause for 9 months continuously and they don't even look like pausing..... Looks inexorable on the south east and eastern sectors of the front.
I am not military expert, but I am impressed by the amount of flexibility the Russians have created for themselves. If Ukraine stop them at Pokrovsk they just activate another frontline and start progressing which makes the job of Ukrainians that much harder, Russia has the operational flexibility to seemingly do as it pleases. Ukraine is toast.
Thank you
Thank you, it must be hard putting the bad news up here but it must be said.
The orcs lost the places to store ammo out of the weather. That's gotta suck for Ivan.
Vuhledar will forever be remembered as a site of legendary defence. Salute to the heroes who fell there and defended it all this time.
Why is the government of Germany not full supporting Ukraine. I find they act as cowards.
Ze Germans already know how this is going to end...
They are the second biggest bilateral contributor.
The German military has been nothing since WWII -- liek the Japanese military since WWII also -- so no one fears Germany. Wehrmacht vs. Bundeswehr -- HUGE difference. Germany MIGHT be a little better than France, but still it's more Woke than the US military is, so even America is a shadow of its former self. Forget Italy and S. Korea (as usual). Whatever, it's a pretty sad reality for "The West" as a whole.

I still prefer you in your studio over your green screen
Russia lost this war on April 2, 2022, when Russian forces withdrew from Kiev.
Everything else is the slow exhale.
that's a foolish assumption
The DS map is showing way less Russian advance than it is in the reality as usual.
Torsten, we understand that you need to give a dose of copium to the greater part of your audience, but the reality on the ground is not going to change.
Around Vugledar the Russians have advanced way further in the west of the town and as well in the east. All the roads leading to and out of the town are cut off or under direct fire control. What the Ukrainians have left is a about 2 km wide strip through the fields that they can use for retreat under fire.
Around Kurahovo - Zhelane Druge was captured two days ago and the last road of the Nevelske cauldron has been cut.
If you want to be taken more serious you may start using more map sources. Or you can be a copium peddler. It is entirely your choice.
We can only bow to your supreme knowledge, I’m sure he’ll change it all tomorrow for you
@@cptrelentless80085 Considering your hilariously lame attempt for a joke I guess you are a proud member of the German NAFO idi ots Division :)
But as popped up around anyway, please tell me - Is is already mandatory for all German men to have their spine, balls and sense of humor surgically removed? Or the latter is still optional?
Thats good or bad?
Bad the city is a stronghold due to its high-rise buildings and empty surroundings. If it falls it would be a significant setback in Ukraine's defence in that direction
@@CirBam24The city was a lock for a long time but we knew it was gonna fall when Russia outflanked it. It lost the lock ability with the outflank
Good for Russia, bad for Ukraine.
But I always say this with every development in the war, it's not like the outcome of the war is going to be determined by successfully taking one town.
Things get blown out of proportion because both Ukraine and Russia are making a big deal out of the little things in order to improve morale.
@@CirBam24 thats just RU propaganda. the city actually has no strategic importance and they wasted tons of resources taking a small town on a hill.
@@TonttuTorvinen it will not be lost. that is just propaganda. Ukraine strong!
Rheinmetall using Ukr as a testing ground and for marketing of its new AD system.
The Ukraine thrust into Kursk is going to cost Ukraine Vuhledar. Kursk appears to have become an albatross around the neck of Ukraine at this point.
this is lie. kursk will win the war. Vuhledar has no strategic importance. Ukraine strong!
It will cost them the entire Donbass front. And this is just the beginning.
Capturing a Ukrainian fort in Eastern Ukraine serves what strategic purpose to the Russians? The front line just moves and Russia has some more rubble
@@teru797what? Sarcasm or Delusion?
If Kursk happened or not, it doesn't change anything. What Russia is achieving they would have achieved anyways.
with the war ending, ur bread and butter will be gone. poor youtuber:)
Might be time for a change in presidents. Someone who can force through a draft for all the eligible Ukraine young men that aren't stepping up to the plate. The current army is exhausted and is badly in need of relief.
U really want Ukrainians to go extinct I see, really tough of you to demand draft while you’re hiding far away. The Typical Pro Ukraine cheerleader mentality, all talks but scared shiitless 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Either surrender or get out of Vuledar. Do not sacrafice your lives. Take a chance and sit the war out as a pow.
Maybe if the Ukranatsee's would not have rotated the gustapo out of Vulhedor to Kurske they prolly would not have lost it.

And NATO stands by,doing nothing 😂😂😂
Why would they be doing something?
@@Daniel-S1I will let your brain if you have one
NATO is being responsible by not escalating into what would be WW3. Yet you don’t seem grateful? Do you live on earth?
@@MrBudgiejoe Forget "Dixie" -- he/she or it (?) is completely clueless.
Ukraine could have joined NATO many years ago if it had wanted to do so, but it didn't. And Ukraine didn't even prepare its own military properly to defend itself, even when they saw what happened to Georgia (2008) and Crimea (2014) -- but Ukraine still did nothing to prepare.
Well, it's too late now, but it's completely their fault, no one else's...
And they're only selfishly thinking of themselves if they want to drag other countries (The West/NATO, meaning USA, UK & EU) into a WWIII with Russia (or also with NK and the PRC if it spreads) to save them. Ukraine is not worth a WWIII. Never was.

@@billredding2000 Victim blaming is not only morally reprehensible, it also shows the limits of your intelligence. Russia invades the sovereign nation of Ukraine, but it's somehow Ukraine's fault? 😂😂😂😂😂
What is wrong with your SOUND? Bad microphone?
For long time he neglects this.
I don't know how russia can afford this war. I'm in Canada and we have a similar gdp to russia, we have less infrastructure and definitely would not be able to spend that much on a war
Because morons in the media don't measure Russian GDP in PPP and we overprice a lot of our shit.
I heard somewhere that Russia currently spends about 6% of GDP on defense (NATO's guideline for members is 2%), and that a total war economy akin to that of the Soviet Union during WW2 would be about 25%. It all comes down to how the state sees the war; I don't doubt that if Canada were to find itself in what it sees as an existential war, it would be able to reorganize the country for war and sustain it for a few years.
