No dough, its a really beautiful video But I want to add something. In sikhism the langer is first and after you finish it you can walk to pray in front of Shri Guru Garanth Sahib Ji. "Pehle Pangat Phir Sangat” Guru Amardas Ji created the concept of langar for Sikhs, a free community meal offered for everyone, regardless of religion, caste, gender, race, status, etc. as a way to unite everyone and show that everyone is equal in the eyes of God (Waheguru Ji), further carrying out Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s message. Everyone is required to take food and sit together on the same level, ensuring this equality. Furthermore, Guru Ji stressed that we should all partake in the preparation of langar. Guru Ji also advocated to eat langar before entering into the Guru’s Darbar (Gurdwara, Diwaan, place where one receives Guru’s blessings). In one particular sakhi, the Moghul Emperor Akbar requested an audience with Guru Ji, but Guru Ji refused until the emperor partook in langar with the rest of the sangat (congregation). Guru Ji advocated for pangat before sangat. The idea here is to first unite with everyone to show equality and then, come together as one to enter into Guru’s darbar and receive blessings and prayers from Waheguru Ji as a sangat. Guru Ji often said, “As a mother is delighted when her child takes food, as a fish is delighted when it bathes in the water, so too the true Guru is delighted when his disciples find food.” Somehow we all forget this and doing the things shown in the video. I am really blessed that still someone made it. Thanks and Regards Ravinder Singh

I was homeless in the UK for about a year after life took a very bad downward turn for me, but I was lucky enough to live in a town with a Gurdwara. I only went there a few times a week because I didn't want to take the piss, but every time they fed me with beautiful food (and often giving me more to take with me!) and let me sit in the prayer room (I don't know the proper term) to meditate for as long as I needed. They allowed to to both be fed and fulfil my spiritual needs during that very hard time and I'm forever indebted to their community. It didn't matter that I was a homeless white guy at all, they took me as if I was one of their own. Sikhism is a genuinely wonderful religion and I don't think I would be alive if it wasn't for that Gurdwara.
