Daaaang, I thought I had crafting figured out. I just merged a ton of stuff into a sweet wasteland workstation. I still picked up like five different techniques from this.
If you use the merge with the wood pile and medium fire theres a tiny offset in the fireplace in the prefab that juat allows the medium fire to sit on when you build in freecam nd it looks better than the fireplace as the fire doesnt have to be activated when wntering camp i did this though cause mine is set up as a small workshop your mode works if its being made into a living space visually appealing vs my use just wanted to throw in my 2 cents as a option not everyone would know great vid
Thank you for sharing. I made the video for this specific fireplace because it is the only one that doesn't want to go in, while the shape looks perfect together.
Thank you! I never give up as soon as the game tells me I cannot place something and find a detour to get it there anyway. This technique can be used in multiple situations to merge things together that normally don't work with each other.
With some of the prefabs you will need the door that comes with it to float. It can also help to get a prefab to be a bit lower into the ground if you have an area where one of the corners will stick in the air if you placed it normally, or you can even make them float in the sky.
@@HitBit_Gaming I need to try this when I have time. I want to use it in combination with the glitch where you place multiple foundations and a inside facing wall between, then remove the inside foundations to create floating wall, place a prefab there, save everything as blueprint. On placing the blueprint it flips the outside foundations to the inside directly inside the prefab to match the wall. My goal with this is to have farmable dirt tiles inside a prefab for an indoor farm. I have a hard time positioniing the prefab to perfectly fit in, but if I can snap it into the exact same position with a door, this would be a lot easier. Not sure if there is a better method to get farmable dirt tiles inside a prefab.
There is one way to merge foundations into prefabs by using blueprints, but with a bigger floor it will become a lot harder to do to get the foundations all the way inside and you would have to make blueprint after blueprint. This video from Vladministrator explains how to flip the foundations into a prefab, but you would have to repeat that step and foundations that still need to be flipped further inside, may not be connected to another foundation yet, and that is why it is a lot of work to do.
Totally forgot to place the link to the video. ruclips.net/video/68z4Da1wTuE/видео.html It will explain a bit how it works, but you just have to place the foundations a little bit higher so they are visible on the inside as well
It is possible to put a foundation outside wall on top with the inside facing the prefab and flip it to the inside using a blueprint, but that takes a lot of patience and time to do a whole floor this way. There is another way with an unofficial blueprint that is shared on PC, but I personally stay away from these.
It would be better if this Fireplace would go into this prefab without all these steps, but at least there is a way. So maybe this will help some people out that want to do this.
I'm just wondering. Is this the exact same fireplace as used in my video? The other ones go in normally for me and this one is the only exception. I play on PC in Adventure mode.
It's Hit-Bit, I will add you again if needed. But it could just be because I'm not doing much else besides the daily stuff that you don't see me on the list with online players.
It's a cool merge, but people need to stop posting videos about this. If Bethesda sees these they "fix" it in future patches. There are lots of things you used to be able to merge but can't now because they "fixed it".
Thank you very much! I'm not too worried about that too much, and one of the reasons is that once they 'fixed' something so that merging foundations wouldn't work by flipping them with blueprints, and they 'unfixed' it after the community explained/complained why it is a important part of the building community within a week or 2. The stuff that I do doesn't give me an unfair advantage over other players, but it is just used to be able to build something cool or pretty, and Bethesda knows that most Atom points are spent by the building community. My goal is it to wow players in game with my camps and I will keep on doing that.
Waoooo!, We need more classes like this teacher.
It's incredible how easy it seems when you do it...
Greetings and thanks for your teachings.
Thank you! I always try to explain things at a level so people can understand what I am doing no matter the build skills they possess.
Daaaang, I thought I had crafting figured out. I just merged a ton of stuff into a sweet wasteland workstation. I still picked up like five different techniques from this.
I'm glad I was able to help you with these steps by using them in your own creations.

wow all that to place a fireplace just put down a fire place in the middle of the the room and call it a day! ha-ha🤣🤣🤣😎❤❤ good job mate.
Thank you! When the game tells me that I cannot build there I will go in 'Hold my beer!' mode.
Dang that's neat lol I thought I was pretty good at building but this is crazy

Wow, didn't knew that you can force prefabs to snap in a certain position with floating doors.

So....the hunting lodge fireplace will slide right into the prefab with out any hijinks
All the other fireplaces can slide right in, so it is weird that only this one is acting difficult.
Nice! Question: can you glitch/merge foundations on those (ugly) floors??

@@HitBit_Gaming Tyvm. I’ll try it out! :)
I would like to know how to merge the concrete floor with prefabricated buildings. I have seen several camps like this and I don't know how to do it.

another great video by the master builder Hit-Bit the great

Cool merge. I like the look of the prefab but the upstairs room makes me claustrophobic so i didnt buy it.
The hunting lodge fireplace fits well, but doesn't look as good as the stone one.@@HitBit_Gaming
Teacher, a question: backpacks hanging on the wall and helmets placed on the tables, I imagine they merge with the mannequins, right?
Those are indeed mannequins that are merged into walls, floors and furniture, so that only the parts stick out that you want to see.
Your Dutch i can hear it cool vid..👍🏽
Thank you very much! I'm indeed Dutch.😁
Yea i stopped using that prefab with it getting destroyed every second
I noticed that as well. it seems like it has only 1HP with full health. Let's just hope that Bethesda fixes this bug soon.
@@HitBit_Gaming yes fingers 🤞🏻
You don't have to do all this
It fits in there without merging
For me it just went right in 🤷
I'm just wondering. Is this the exact same fireplace as used in my video? The other ones go in normally for me and this one is the only exception. I play on PC in Adventure mode.
