everyone's mind is blown when they hear Chris sing and play the hell out of that guitar. What most people don't realize is he actually wrote all this shit too. Now that is talent on loan from above.
Yea but you know she meant what she said “FEELS up your ears”…she tried to correct herself but deep down she knows that music is FEELING HER UP…Chris music will do that you
Chris Stapleton is a musical genius. His voice is out of this world & his songwriting abilities are top-notch. I have so much respect for those musicians who are singers and songwriters. My top two singer-songwriters are Jason Wade of Lifehouse and Paul Simon. Chris is most definitely inching up as a tie with my two favorites in the industry. His talent is so vast and so huge! Major props.
So happy you're going this route, man is incredibly gifted. Sure he's country but the man has so much soul and blues to be put in a box. This man speaks music, emotion and can't be held back. Genius! I would recommend I was wrong live , also what are you listening too
jc6621 that song a good song wen I got the call my brotha was murdered n I went into a dark place I turned this song on cause I wanted to go. After the guy that killed my brotha me n my brotha was close n I new the guy was gone be sent to prison I said the inmates can beat the crap out of him foe me
Jc6621 You must have seen some things you don't want talk about, can't imagine sitting on Death Row waiting for the call. Is true the guards call out Dead Man Walking before a prisoner is excused?
It's hard to accept mediocrity, after hearing Christ Stapleton. It's great to see the birth of a new Christ Stapleton fan in the making. I can relate in how you feel his music...it's a gift to experience his music, during my life, too.
To me, that man has made peace with god, and has accepted his punishment. You can here it in Chris's voice and the melody.. Tell mama I did the best I could! Beautiful and Sad. I guarantee it will be on my play list!
Always feel like that song is one verse short, "As I take my final walk, the Lord 'n Reaper I will talk"..........."Close my eyes at my last breath, now my soul will finally rest." "Death row.............."
Nothing beats the live performance of Chris and Justin at the CMA’s (Country Music Awards) doings Tennessee Whiskey/Drink You Away. Girl’s on Country...Subscribers are going to FLY!
I interpret the sounds of the instrumental intro as being the final steps a condemned man is making as he makes his last walk on the way to his execution. Chilling.
Chris is a master at less is more. He can paint such vivid pictures, with the mood to match, using minimal words. Love him. I think you would also enjoy Marc Broussard's Home, the video.
Thanks! Great reaction, great song. The beat of this song, to me, marks the slowness of time that must be what every moment on Death Row seems like. His most jaw-dropping song is Sometimes I Cry.
You nailed it so simple yet you feel so full unexplainable it’s like if you tookRobert Johnson BB King and Roy Clark and rolled them all together and gave him God’s voice you would get Chris Stapelton
Check out his performance with Justin Timberlake on the CMA's. It's both of them doing Tennessee Whiskey and Timberlakes Drink You Away. I consider this to be the best performance I've ever seen on any music award show.
$C, if you want some funky country and blues soul while you Rock 'n Roll, then serve up some Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) on your reaction plate and give it a spin. CCR reco - "Down on the Corner"
Nice reaction, this might be my favorite Stapleton song, but it's a really tough call because so many of his songs are amazing! Other songs to check out: "fire away" (be prepared though this one is real deep), "I was wrong", "sometimes I cry"
I’d say the next one you should check out would be Millionaire & or I was wrong. Both of these are freaking amazing. But I’d do the official audio. I love Millionaire.
OOKAAAA You not only a HOT lil lady with a smile to match, but... You can RING MY BELL, RING MY BELL!!! You can SANG TOO!!!??? LAWD JESUS Ight, lemme go check this reaction. Already can't stop smiling from the intro.
Just a suggestion from my generation ( I am almost 70 ) This I believe is stevie wonders best from Songs in the key of life double album please check out "Village Ghetto Land" It hits as hard as this "Peace be with you in 2022" Time to pull the oars together times are tough in the world.
That shit hits you right in the bone marrow!! That music is the death walk!!!
everyone's mind is blown when they hear Chris sing and play the hell out of that guitar. What most people don't realize is he actually wrote all this shit too. Now that is talent on loan from above.
He also covers a lot of songs too... Like Tennessee whisky
When you said his voice fills up your ears, it also fills up your soul. Great reaction!
Yea but you know she meant what she said “FEELS up your ears”…she tried to correct herself but deep down she knows that music is FEELING HER UP…Chris music will do that you

Masterful example of how less can be more. Great reaction!
This song creates its own atmosphere. You can visualize it at the same time you're feeling it in your bones.
I love this young lady and her reactions! She reminds me of my daughters who are abroad right now and i miss them....Thanks for your channel
His voice touches your soul what a set of pipes
I was a prison guard for a time. And I was on the execution team once. This song does a pretty good job of depicting what it’s like. Cool song.
jc6621 that song a good song wen I got the call my brotha was murdered n I went into a dark place I turned this song on cause I wanted to go. Is true the guards call out Dead Man Walking before a prisoner is excused?
@@jamesrichardson3322 Yes it’s true.
Stapelton fills the soul
It's a great song as the padding of time ticks away toward the end of the man's life...he calls out. Amazing....
It's hard to accept mediocrity, after hearing Christ Stapleton. It's great to see the birth of a new Christ Stapleton fan in the making. I can relate in how you feel his music...it's a gift to experience his music, during my life, too.
My two favorites of his is”Whiskey and You”, and “Either Way”, both available live.
Either way is AMAZING... But so sad
To me, that man has made peace with god, and has accepted his punishment. You can here it in Chris's voice and the melody.. Tell mama I did the best I could! Beautiful and Sad. I guarantee it will be on my play list!

I saw Chris Stapleton this past summer in concert, and he was unreal. Such a great voice. Check out Barely Alive, Sometimes I Cry.
Damn he put me in the cell! I am asking for forgiveness and I didn’t even do anything?
😂😂😂
The man is blessed
I had forgotten what a national treasure he truly is!!! Like Always Green and Garth Brooks bastard child!!!!! Dope AF!!!!
Nothing beats the live performance of Chris and Justin at the CMA’s (Country Music Awards) doings Tennessee Whiskey/Drink You Away.
Girl’s on Country...Subscribers are going to FLY!
I Was Wrong & Sometimes I Cry
I have seen him live twice and have been blown away Generational talent
The song Amanda at the Grand Ole Opry or You Are My Sunshine either one you can her his wife sang unbelievable. Love Chris and his beautiful wife.
“I Was Wrong and “Sometimes I Cry” ..... also his collab with Justine Timberlake, “ Say Something”
Another GREAT reaction❣️
Wow, first time hearing this song. Time to buy me some Chris Stapelton for sure. Enjoyed your reaction .......I just love it when you go off!
"I was wrong" (from Austin City limits) man I feel it in my soul, this is a golden one
This too, for SURE.
Them Stems is one of his BEST songs.....the struggle is real !
I felt that reaction 🔥🔥🔥 already Told Jesus everything I know 👈wooow my soul hurt
Barely Alive acoustic version really shows his vocals.
word, Word, WORD.
The music makes me think of the final walk one would take down death row.
When I think about it as a free man I feel nothing but despair and loss but I would think as a caged man it could be freeing.
He did a hella job on the subject... but I still think it falls a inch or 2 short of Robin Trower Bridge of Sighs
Me too. I think the unending repetitive rhythm is perfect for the message.
Such a vibe.
love ya reactions your channel..respectfully beautiful energy ty for all your hard work
Chris Stapleton What are you listening to ( Live )
Never been so damn proud to be southern 🤠
Madeline Lore me to
North Carolina in the house
Girl totally loved your reaction
Love to see you listen to Chris the way I do eyes closed and head rocking
I like his song Traveller, or if you want something emotional, official video for Fire Away
This is a Masterpiece!!
I interpret the sounds of the instrumental intro as being the final steps a condemned man is making as he makes his last walk on the way to his execution. Chilling.
His live acoustic performance of Barely Alive 👌👌 powerful. All the feels.
Chris is a master at less is more. He can paint such vivid pictures, with the mood to match, using minimal words. Love him. I think you would also enjoy Marc Broussard's Home, the video.
Love the way u feeling it! Awsome!!!
Chris Stapleton's I Was Wrong!
Thanks! Great reaction, great song.
The beat of this song, to me, marks the slowness of time that must be what every moment on Death Row seems like.
His most jaw-dropping song is Sometimes I Cry.
I agree, if I were on death row. I'd want to hear Chris Stapleton!!!
She’s a doll
You look so involved in these songs....very nice
Love you listening to some Stapleton
Chris Stapleton's ( Fool Me Again )
Uh huh!
Amazing
Death row, I'm speechless,
No excuses no extra comments
Sometimes I Cry Live The Bing Lounge - it's just him and an acoustic.
Young lady, you have a hell of a voice!
What did y'all think about him & PINK duo?
I like how you react, your really good ❤
Oh- and “fire away” official video. You’ll be shook- 💛✌️🤘🏼
Kimberlini Bambini you she will 😔
He reaches into your soul
You don’t know whether do be happy or be sad??? This song can definitely give you mixed emotions.
Mans world
Girl, you have a beautiful voice yourself!
You captured it.
Chris Stapleton-Sometimes I cry (live at the bing lounge) Thank me later
Oh, crap. I forgot about this one. Brace yourself....
Bing lounge isnt as good a version as the austin city limits live version
You nailed it so simple yet you feel so full unexplainable it’s like if you tookRobert Johnson BB King and Roy Clark and rolled them all together and gave him God’s voice you would get Chris Stapelton
LIVE is the only way to listen to Chris Stapleton. Try Either Way live or tribute to Prince Awesome vocals
💯% agree. Recordings take something away from his voice. Now put it on wax it might be a different story.
Those haunting scary sounds are made with an instrument called a waterphone. Cool song.
Do Barely Alive acoustic. He sings so hard in it. Your hairs are gonna stand up
ha! we see you at 4 minutes. We love you, Scribecash.
Great song. Great reaction.
GIRL you can SANG!
Those squeaking sounds are similar to the sounds cell doors make when they slide open.
@scribecash please react to "More of You" tinyvdesk concert version...it's Chris Stapleton and his wife. She also has amazing vocals.
Check out his performance with Justin Timberlake on the CMA's. It's both of them doing Tennessee Whiskey and Timberlakes Drink You Away. I consider this to be the best performance I've ever seen on any music award show.
My favorite
I was wrong! Oh and how you feel now is how I felt when I first heard him in 2015.
Great reaction,I had the same one
Check out Drink You Away (from the 2015 CMAs) by Chris Stapelton and Justin Timberlake.
Check out his Bluegrass side ..Look up the Steeldrivers.. If it hadn't been for love ..
If you get a chance, check out the song “If it hadn’t been for love” when Chris in the band The Steeldrivers.
"Midnight Train to Memphis"
If this is not the blues...then I don't know what is!!!!!
i was wrong at Austin city limits, nobody to blame, and midnight train
The cadence of the song is the same as somebody walking down the hallway to be executed.
You should try Jamie Johnson next. High cost of living or In color.
You should also react to White Buffalo “ the whistler” live at guitar center.
Robert Johnson left Chris a map to the cross roads.
$C, if you want some funky country and blues soul while you Rock 'n Roll, then serve up some Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) on your reaction plate and give it a spin. CCR reco - "Down on the Corner"
Great song
Nice reaction, this might be my favorite Stapleton song, but it's a really tough call because so many of his songs are amazing!
Other songs to check out: "fire away" (be prepared though this one is real deep), "I was wrong", "sometimes I cry"
need to do the video of 'fire away'
You’ve got a voice too girl!
This is old time Blues 🎶.
Next should be man's world. He was singing with another band. Even they look shocked during the song.
I’d say the next one you should check out would be Millionaire & or I was wrong. Both of these are freaking amazing. But I’d do the official audio. I love Millionaire.
OOKAAAA
You not only a HOT lil lady with a smile to match, but...
You can RING MY BELL, RING MY BELL!!! You can SANG TOO!!!??? LAWD JESUS
Ight, lemme go check this reaction. Already can't stop smiling from the intro.
He's like B.B. King 2.0
I was wrong- Austin city limits

Sometimes I Cry
Just a suggestion from my generation ( I am almost 70 ) This I believe is stevie wonders best from Songs in the key of life double album please check out "Village Ghetto Land" It hits as hard as this "Peace be with you in 2022" Time to pull the oars together times are tough in the world.
