Mrs. Heretic has a great energy, and it is fun to see her mesmerized by Rammstein.
She is right, Flake is an angel; he is a gentle, thoughtful and soft-spoken man. So iss Till. Those two are much alike.
And you want her to watch the piano version of Mein Hertz Brennt, so she can be really spooked out 😃
And Mrs. Heretic dropping snow F Bomb. I think it takes a lot to make that happen, going by Mr. Heretic's shocked reaction. I love the song Büch Dich..... the live performance is a bit much for me.....give me a break, I'm a Grandma; my eldest Granddaughter is 22..... and the more sadistic side of me would love to see Mrs. Heretic's reaction to it..... but had I not unknowingly inflicted it on myself..... I would probably be quite angry with the person who did. Not offended.....just.... I don't know. I think the Heretic's are adorable together. ❤️

Was that great or am I lost? I was at Rocklahoma two weeks before and I was more engaged in the performance we both saw on Saturday. Also the fing fire! I am cooked.

This concert is from 2010. Rammstein was founded in 1994 and became really popular around 1998, so saying that this performance was in their early years is really not accurate. Rammstein totally were complete rockstars in 2010.
When i was in school in Norway in 1998 it was all about Rammstein, even the girls loved them! Specially DER MEISTER , it was on repeat all the time
Which is why MSG sold out in less than 20 minutes.
I found videos of Rammstein complete concerts Bizaare Festival 1996 (38 min. 7 songs) Bizaare Festival 1997 (1 hr 18 min) both on small stage.....obviously the second one they were a lot higher up in the Festival line up. Live aus Berlin, 1998 as a headline act (1 hr 38 minutes). Then there are several full concerts from 1999. It was fun watching the growth and maturation of the band over the 4 years. The pyro started early (Til better not retire, I'm afraid he would become an arsonist if he did) and like all fire, grew rapidly. The 1998 tour was the one that landed some of the band in jail in the US for indecency. I found a story about (no video) about the band's first live performance. Flake supposedly asked his brother if Rammstein could play before his band, Golden Acker Rhythm Kings (aka Acker Selection). Reportedly 15 people were in the audience. I wonder if any if those people had a clue how popular Rammstein would become.

You are going to have such a blast at the concert. I saw them in the UK earlier in the year and it was the most amazing concert I have ever been too and I started going to concerts in the 70's!!! I won't spoil it for you by mentioning songs but will say that when they played in Coventry in the UK they could be heard 11 miles away!!!!!!! It was loud btw.
I also saw them twice this year here in Germany. In Hamburg i even got a ticket for the firezone 🔥 first row baby . It was hot

Theres a few of their new songs on the live setlist you sadly haven't reacted to yet. The biggest one being "Zeit", very important to see with lyrics. Its up on the channel of "EducatedMarine". He has an upload with an offsite link in the description for American viewers if you can't see his original video upload. Their other new songs are all on his channel to in same format

David should have gone with his wife to one of the Stadion Tour concerts in America. She has never seen a concert like this and will never see it again. There are two more concerts in Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (Fri, Sat Sep 23-24) and three concerts in Mexico City Foro Sol 1/2/4 Oct)
Rammstein bring 1,350 tons of equipment to America.
7 Boeing 747 aircraft and 70 trucks are needed to move this mass of cargo.
The stage on which Rammstein make hell for the American fans is 61 meters wide. It is 30 meters deep and almost 37 meters high.
265 people travel permanently with the band to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
In each city, 260 - 400 people also help to set up the stage.
The construction of the steel colossus, which Rammstein calls "stage", takes 4 - 7 days.
At the end of the upcoming tour in 2023, Rammstein will have played a total of 102 concerts on their stadium tour since 2019 in 26 countries. 90 of them in Europe and 12 in America.
The band has earned $306,352,753 from the shows since 2019.

I am with the people who are not spoiling you but... Don't drink beer because you don't want to be in the bathroom for a second of this show. The shit is not right. Been playing shows since before I could drive, seen some stuff. You want to be in the center of the Fuerzone. It's a mind floss to say the least. Hats off to Duojaketok for opening the show like only open minded people could appreciate. Might as well have been a crowd of Juggalos, all love.
David, I could be mistaken….but I’m pretty sure all (or the majority) of these guys are licensed pyro technicians. When I saw them here in Houston, there were 5 semi trailers of propane at the venue.
They have a team of pyrotechnicians. Till makes the plan and they carry it out. There is one living in my neighbourhood. He says it's exhaustingly and they hardly have any free time.

You have to react to the song "Zeit- time" official video by Rammstein with lyrics. It's absolutely fantastic. Piece of art. musically and visually. (32mio views! in 5month) . Educatedmarine has a version ok for American viewers 😉 with subtitles. Definitely don't wanna miss out on the lyrics. Very important. Trust me. They hit hard, you'll see.

Mrs. Heretic will enjoy some of the songs on the new album Zeit as well as some older gems like Mein Herz brennt and Ohne dich. They have beautiful songs that will win her over. Lügen and Armee der Tristen are also good ones to listen to.

I think this song is one of their best works together with "Deutschland".
A Rammstein song with that title doesn't exist. Its called "Angst" and has that line in it. They also have a song called "Schwarz"
Schwartz the song is about darkness/night.
The song Angst is about Fear and the Schwartze Mann is the bogeyman/shadow figure to fear.
It's interesting Mrs Heretic's take on Rammstein rests a lot more heavily on the stage production, the theatrics and the pyro, and not so much in the music per se....I can truly relate to that, even in a more radical way...Back in the day, the first time i heard anything from Rammstein was when I heard Du Hast for the first time, and i wasn't into it at all..To me that sounded a lot like Techno, an that was never my cup-o-tea...So i assumed that was all to it with Ramstein and moved on.... No Rammstein for me over the years.... Only now that i get to see the production an the live shows, and that I realize their music has a lot of elements of hard and dark rock I can relate more to, I've been paying more attention of late...David said something that called my attention in the fact that Mrs Heretic will eventually come into that song that will get her, that special one that will do the trick and connect with her, and I thought it was funny, cause that's in reality what happened to me... I think I have already found that song, very recently, and that song is Sonne.. 🙂 ..so far, that is it.. I'm sure I'm gonna find some more favorites as I listen further..and enjoy their live productions even further on..
But for now, watching your videos guys is helping..a lot.. 🤘🙂

MSG was sold out in a half hour. The 7 concerts in Germany 2023 were sold out in 2 hours.
By the way, Till was educated by an opera singer. So, I would expect that he can sing. (In the deep of his voice he rolls the "r" because its much easier to pronounce; the spoken-singing is typically opera)

The lyrics of Rammstein generally aren't that great. I bet their songs seem more interesting if one doesn't understand what they're actually singing.
