Agree! This is definitely the definitive version of the song and the way I enjoy hearing it played and sung. The up-tempo galloping finish just adds so much to the song. And the fact that Tarja is singing in a style that is difficult enough in a normal setting and to see how she matches the pace and intensity with her voice and remains pitch perfect... this was definitely the high watermark of the band. They were on top of the world.

The thing to consider is that Floor is an exceptional singer but Nightwish of this time, songs were literally MADE for Tarja´s voice. Thus ths makes it unique and unmatched
I wish I were there... I love that type of concert, where a big bands played before they get globaly known. Those concerts are the best and people who were there were so lucky!!!
I'd like to give the drummer some credit. He is truly a master of his craft. If you are familiar with Ghost Love Score, Floor pays homage to him at the end of the live version of that song. Great job to all in this band.

Comparto la parte de llorar en un ciber y fue cuando a mis 11 años acompañada de mí hermano fui para tener información de nw y cuando entre a la pag oficial me encontré con Anette y habían sacado su primer disco con ella , no entendía nada (la primera vez que tenia info de nw actualizada) llore y llore , llegue a casa a le conté a mis papás quien eran fans de nw con tarja , ese día se sintió como un duelo en casa 😢

The band "Nightwish" Created a style of there own. metal & Orchestra mixed together amazing, My little brother got me in to this gender of music. This is my favorite version of "Walking in the Air". I am new to this band, so this only song I like of them for now. Lol.
