he has been a breakdancer (maybe still is, don't know for sure), but then he had a knee injury and couldn't do anythin for a long time, so he has put all that time into upper body training and this is the answer to all that training, a unique skill that he has developed
howdie, i'm a circus performer in australia, my specialities are balance and trapeze, and you guys must have powerful roo legs coz that was freaken awesome. how long have you guys been traning? also do any of you unicycle, if not you should, he helps your balance a lot. i'm currently incorporating unicycling into acrobatics. unicycle somies and biranies. and one last thing. your necks won't hurt so much after hand-stands if you don't bend them to look at the ground.
@nintendocrew I learned a few of my friends backflip after i learned it on my self. I saw a video on youtube when 2 people hold the man on each side and helped him around on making backflip. After a few minutes they will get safer and you can start to let them do more by them self. I think this is 99 % they will learn it because i learned 2 friends who could'nt even do a frontflip this on like 10 min! This work pretty good if you are only one person who help the man around on blackflip :)
@SlunkyOMG I started without being able to do one single pushup... I was overweight and completily out of shape... just start slow with just doing 2 hand on rails and work your way up from there :)... It's totally worth it for the feeling of freedom you get in parkour/freerunning
@kecksdose1995 It's just a step up sideflip... where you take off a higher ledge off of one foot and do a sideflip... pretty easy if you can sideflip in the first place
i m always amazed by how easily you hold on your hands, and especially how easily you hold on one hand, it almost looks fake... congrats tim, you never let this injury stop you, you have a heart of a lion. Safe. Alex
@TheNinjalazer yh i hear that definitely about power, dno i just figure more ppl can cork than can whipback on grass is all. plus i love whips so im biased lol
@charliehustlenflow Thats subjective. Someone who has done gymnastics might find wipbacks easier period than a cork no matter where performed. Whips on grass are indeed difficult because they take a large amount of pure leg strength that many people (particularly those not used to tumbling on grass and other hard surfaces) do not have. i have always trained on grass so I do have the strength to do them. Anyone can with practice
they all have different styles so overall no 1 is better! tim 'livewire' shieff is more handstands in this video , damien walters is more tumbling and flips and i dont no that 'sid' guy. Anyway sick video!!!

Any tips for developing balance and strength for handstands like that?
Very nice video!
Good training
Hey livewire please answer, when did you start doing gymnast, free running?
sick vid tim, everyone was sick, and damiens tricks were fresh, but im guessing he used to do gym?
Push ups and abdominal work, I believe balance like that comes mostly from having a strong core.
nice video...
name of song please
for me music is nice and fits here well ;)
3:04 - Damien: "I see your gay little kickflip trick, and I raise you standing backflip on this here beam"
What's the name of this song, it sounds good . . . thx
