So its easy to replace on the driver side because it doesn't have the splash shield but it does on the passenger side, so I guess I need to remove that to make it easier to gain access. Any advice would help thanks
im having an issue with my M, so when i drive at night , after a while my headlights flicker and then turn off , but if i manually switch them off and turn them back on , the lights turn on , but they flicker and turn back off would you say it’s the ballast , or the bulbs ? let me know , i’ve had this problem for a long time but i’ve never really put my effort into fixing it , and now i do want to fix it .
@@Chrizleyva they’re saying its y pipe and front drive shaft. I have 2007 M35x 133k miles. When I’m driving RPM is always high, at 60MPH its hitting the 5, theres a noise while driving like the engine js working in overdrive, It last for anywhere from 25-35 mins then the csr jerks back and it sounds relatively normal. Once that happens the indicstor screen which shows: D, R etc goes out, seatbelt light starts blinking even though its on. Once I come to a full stop it like buffers its hard to really take off.

That sounds like a transfer case to me try changing ur transfer case fluid and ur differential fluid. Check ur air box for restrictions any codes??
