Appreciate the compliment! The only reason I can give you is that the stock presets are not the best but I'm having no issues creating my own patches like I did for this jam!
@@TangoDelta70 Thank you for your service! Glad to hear you’re getting back into music after all this time. There’s so many cheap options now for great gear so I hope you end up with some goodies!
@@TheMachinesWon Thanks for your Support! I've been living in Germany for a few years now, and just recently realized that Thomann has their headquarters just an hour away! I went there and played around on their gear for a few hours today and had a blast!
@@TangoDelta70 so I live in the states but you’d be surprised by how much of my gear came from thomann (no taxes haha) that’s awesome ur close enough to go there and play around!
Great jam my friend! I love bass, what is the bass synthesizer? The chords are huge too, I guess they're from UBXA. Something that in my opinion I didn't like so much is the extra volume in some melodic lines, for my taste of course! All the best😊
Hey! Thanks for stopping over to share some feedback and check out the YT. So the bass is the model d, chords are the deep mind and the melodic stuff is the UBXA actually. It cuts through the mix so I need to watch the volume, thanks for pointing that out! I built this jam into a full track on SoundCloud. I think the melodic lines are better then in this recording if you want to hear how it all panned out. on.soundcloud.com/9YL81V37Y2h1rDmS6
@@TheMachinesWon much better on soundcloud! but I think you should cut the bass of the UBXA a little, the Model D loses a lot, there is no room for both! If it were more balanced it would be simply great!
I think it’s the drums that are fighting with the bass … the bass is dulled from 0:25; exactly when the drums come in … you could try sidechaining or EQing to fix that.
Love the sound of the UBXA! That Model D bass sounds sweet, too. And of course, the Batman samples featuring Jack as the Joker. 🙂
Thanks Scott! 🙌🏼🙏🏽 And extra credit for knowing the sample! 🔥🔥🔥 been wanting to use that sample for a jam for a while.
trip outside reality🙂
Mission accomplished 😊 🦾🤖
Awesome jam!! UBXA babaaaay!!
Thanks SS, pumped to hear you enjoyed it! That UBXA is 🔥 but I’m sure you already knew that from other demos/reviews 🙌🏼🙏🏽🤖
Amazing setup! as a fellow electronic musician I'm struggling to find reasons not to buy the UBXA 😅

Awesome!
Thanks for taking the time to check it out Tim! 🦾🤖
@@TheMachinesWon absolutely! I'm getting back into music after 20 years in the Army, and you've got an amazing setup and know how to use it!

@@syntetriks that’s great advice, I’ll try that! Thanks for giving it a listen, I’m going be more conscious of this moving forward. 🙌🏼🙏🏽

@@kierenmoore3236 it was side chained by the bass actually. Should have turned the make up gain up 🤷🏻

Love it ❤
