Lived in Fremont before there was a HUB, BART, and Lake Elizabeth. It was a lot of farmland- remember the Cauliflower fields near Brier Elementary, Walnut Orchards, and the cows that used to be on the land, where the HUB is at. I can remember the Niles Train Station, when they used to ship local produce from there.
Wow…born and raised in Fremont. 1970-2004 Can remember Walnut ave was mostly farm lands. Was a great town to grow up in! Great video. Thanks for sharing!
OMG thank you so much for taking me on a ride through memory lane,I got excited when you went down Stevenson Blvd 15:11 on the left there's where I used to live Born and raised ❤
Living in Fremont for 18 years, I am not understanding what the hype is about. I moved and it was the best decision I made. Fremont is totally over rated and like most Bay Area cities, the traffic is horrible, and people are rude. The very freeway you are on, this must have been early on a weekend, because 880 is normally a packed, congested mess on the weekdays.
I miss living in Cali and will always be my home 💔. I don’t miss the crime. I would always go out to the mall and do other activities. Now I live in Texas for now. I don’t like Texas very much but I have family here that’s what it’s more important and I will never accept Texas as my home but But it’s alright. I was born and raise in cail too
Born and raised in Fremont, I love to see people visiting here or driving through here!
Can we move in with you?😅. You are the very first person to welcome others to your city🤙
What no Niles. I lived there from 1956 to 1968. A great place to be kid
Great video! I grew up here from 1977 to 2004. Love how you put the street names in!! Such a big help

Fremont is an overcrowded over developed dump! Check out the downtown? Nothings there?
