Punta Galeras Beachfront Community

Punta Galeras is a beachfront community with different lifestyles to enjoy. The first phase of this new development will have both condominiums and private villas to choose from. In addition to personal use, there will be an optional rental program to cover expenses when not in residence. Common area amenities available to all condo and villa owners include: the Club House, sports area, cafeteria and area for children’s games. You can also enjoy other amenities such as a central pool, three tennis courts, two volleyball courts, one soccer field, and tropical gardens.

Visité Hacienda Samana Bay la semana pasada y no estaba lista para un nuevo video. Planean una gran inauguración el próximo mes y definitivamente planeo producir otro video antes de esa fecha. [ENGLISH] I visited Hacienda Samana Bay last week and was not quite ready for a new video. They plan on a grand opening next month and I definitely plan on producing another video before that time.
