A warm tribute to all warriors involved on the 27th Feb to secure our border. The events that followed created History when F-16 was engaged by a Mig 21, piloted by non other than Wg Cd Abhi. Video is a depiction of how the events unfolded based on documented proof.
Wg Cdr Abhinandan emerged as a hero after he shot down an F-16 before his MiG 21 was downed and he was captured by the Pakistan army. He spent almost 60 hours in Pakistani custody and returned home on March 1 through the Wagah-Attari border at about 9:20 PM.
