We would need more information regarding your cutter in order to help with this issue, such as the model. For the time being, you can reset your cutter to the manufacturer's default by turning the cutter off, then pressing the up arrow key when you power the cutter back on.
@petohmi99 There are more products available for the solvent print/cut solution. Thinner and stretchier material as well as both matte and gloss materials are available. The eco-solvent transfers also last better during washings.
We actually printed onto regular heat transfer paper, not heat transfer vinyl. In order to print onto vinyl, you would need special solvent vinyl and an eco solvent printer. We used regular inkjet ink to print onto our transfer paper.
Place the file in Illustrator use the pen tool to create the outline. Then duplicate the layer. On the original layer select any multiple contours and create a compound path. Select the compound path and the image and make a clipping mask. On the duplicated layer just delete the image, and you are left with the outline.
Photoshop - Use magic tool to get your object, delete the trimmings. Put your object into an 8x11 page with transparent background and export as PNG. Illustrator - Import PNG, click trace (silhouette option) then expand. Ungroup and remove the transparent triming. BAM, you can cut any object this way! I do it all the time for shirts.
I can't cut my print! I printed in idesignR and my optical eye won't read my registration marks! I've printed in different sizes and it still wont read it!
That's a nice transfer tape you got there... can you tell what brand/strength it is? I don't know where I got mine, but it does not pick up the image that nicely.
Good morning. My name is Eduardo Pereira. Write the Brazil / Rio de Janeiro. Very good video about the Graphtec cutter. How do I know the price of it. Can I have one of these to do my work here in Brazil. Congratulations.
@coastal business Ok thanks, I have a heat press from you all. Graphtec vinyl cutter is next! Only thing that scares me is the artwork because I don't know how to work corel or illustrator or cordless like this video!
Make sure you've set up a cutting path to be trimmed, but if your cutter won't read the registration marks, give our tech support a call and we'll get you up and running! 1-800-562-7760
+Samson Abioye This can be done with any sort of inkjet heat transfer paper like the ones on this page www.coastalbusiness.com/transfer-paper-for-inkjet-printers.aspx
+Coastal Business Supplies please what type of ink jet printer do you recommend the name cause i am just starting this business please will be glad to hear from you
Samson Abioye We have had great success with Epson brand printer here in the office. But really with inkjet it comes down to preference and budget. The biggest thing to look for is a printer using pigment based ink, as we find this is the most durable when washed.
Any model of epson will work as long as they utilize Epson ink, or you can check out the two we offer here: www.coastalbusiness.com/epson-inkjet-printers.aspx
Hi! I would like if possible that you give me some Cutting Plotter´s internal configuration to registration marks because I´ve been having problems with my plotter. I hope anyone can help me. Thanks. P.S.: The model is Graphtec CE3000-60.
The Graphtec software that is free with the cutter is not meant to be used for photo editing. You can do vector files as well as lettering or words with Graphtec Studio but need additional design software for this type of project.

@petohmi99 We have a great way to get you started out. We carry graphic design books called "T-Shirt Artwork Simplified" which will take you through the basics all the way through the advanced portions of using Illustrator/PhotoShop or CorewlDraw to make graphics.

If you export the vector path from Photoshop, you can eliminate the vectorization step in Illustrator.

and does not work. Auguem know what to do?
This is all fine and dandy. But I only have CorelDraw, can I do this with just one program?

Yes, you can cut out whatever size print you have that will fit into the cutter. Looks like this cutter is a 24" cutter.
