HAIR COLOUR:
I dye my own hair at home using L'oreal casting creme gloss 360 (black cherry). Please bear in mind that this is a semi permanent dye and I don't use it regularly, when freshly applied it is BLACK!! If my hair is lighter it is extremely faded and i'm probably due a colour so what you're then seeing is mainly my natural hair colour which is a reddish medium brown.
SKIN TYPE/COLOUR
I'm 36 and my skin is normal with a slightly oily t zone and early signs of aging like fine lines as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I DO NOT use fake tan, I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have olive skin. My face is often a LOT lighter than my body because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!
My Necklace:
I get sooooo many questions about it, I'm so sorry it's not a happy answer! Its actually 2 necklaces together, and both were gifts so I don't have much detail, here is everything my hubby can remember! The larger disc and the chain were from Azendi, it has a picture of the moon and reads "The same moon around the world" (which is something that meant a lot to us when we first met and he was travelling with work A LOT). The smaller discs were from www.notonthehighstreet.com and they have my daughter's fingerprints and name and date of birth and they were a present when she was born. They don't seem to be available anymore I'm sorry!!

Idk love mel and love sydney grace but something about this palette's color story doesn't work for me. Maybe if there had been some more olivey green mattes. I may just be in palette burnout.

Ahhh love you and I love Mel... 🥰. I love the look of this...although.... Im slightly put off by the huuuuge amount of taxes, fees, levies etc, to get it to the UK..... The colours...I love the mix of awesome matts and stunning shimmers....

My daughter and I are both absolutely in love with Sydney grace powder and cream shadows!!! Got our first at the beginning of June and have already just put it a third order, so, you know 🤣. For Us customers, the brand has really farily low $4 shipping and the products arrive quickly, individual items are priced really well also! I love the tiny critter theme of this palette and love Mel so much, unfortunately this color story doesn't speak to me.

I’ve pulled this palette out for spring and was looking for some inspiration and you’ve delivered! You hit the nail on the head with the fallout thing. I have quite the collection of Sydney Grace shadows and I pull them out when I have done my face or really just don’t want any fallout. These are reliably pigmented, sparkly and Beautiful with almost no mess! I want the newest palette and speaking of getting out of my comfort zone, I’d love to try the temptalia palettes:)

Pretty palette, but not for me. I'm not a lover of pastel colours, they just make me look washed out. But there have been many Sydney Grace colours that I have liked. Of course I'm massively put off by the huge amount of additional taxes, charges etc, to get it here 😕.
Looks gorgeous, but works out to £76 to get it in the UK ($99) 😭😭 I just can’t justify paying double the value of the palette!
I just got mine today I know I’m late to the party. And yes it’s lovely. I did notice there are 3 shadows in the pallet that are dupes for the ultaX black widow pallet and I haven’t heard anyone mention this. But wow they are identical with exception of the formula SG is more buttery. But I’m so excited to play with it. 🥰🥰🥰

You're bang on about UK customs. Received my little grey card from Royal Mail yesterday, notifying me of the customs charge for the BK beauty brushes I ordered - £46.40! But I'm assured they are worth it.
So, for products/items that I consider worth it - I don't care about customs 😊😊.

I’m so happy for Mel and totally deserves this collab!!! I really want to purchase this pallet because besides wanting to support her I just love all the shades and adore the outer packaging. Living in Australia in which my state is in lockdown now I’m unsure if I will get the pallet in a reasonable time if at all 😩 I’m unsure what to do as nearly all our borders are now closed off also!!! .... So stunning! Bug-a-boo is the shade I've been searching for forever and lady bug is gorgeous too. Love all 3 looks you did here. I rarely do green shadow having green eyes but the olive and khaki tones in this I love and actually work on me unlike bright green. I said on Mel's video this palette is the perfect balance of colour, neutral and smoke while being the picture of class and the more Isee of it the more I think so. I've hesitated on SG too because of international shipping and having never seen them in person...I almost caved on their last palette but didn't get it, this one will be my undoing! Plus... if Mel created it you know it's going to be great. 💓💓

I’m so happy and excited for Mel!! She is such a wonderful person and no one deserves success more than her. Sydney Grace has the best shadows on the market in my opinion. I find myself reaching for them over Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath and they’re a fraction of the price. I already know this palette is amazing without trying it, Sydney Grace is that good. I can’t wait to get this palette and support Mel. I’m getting one for my daughter as well if I can, she’s a super talented makeup artist and I’m so excited to see what she can do with this palette.

I love the color story in this palette. It is a breath of fresh air, tbh! It seems understated but looks absolutely beautiful and so elegant. I am afraid that it will sell out pretty quickly. I will give it a shot, but I am not keeping my hopes up of making the purchase :(
