This is the very first time I've seen him agitated in an interview. He was always a sweet heart. Either he is tired of talking about it or he doesn't like how Matt asked him.
no, Matt was being obtuse and that's irritating. However, I would not say that G showed any irritation whatsoever. He was being really good about it.

But, he was only embarrassed about the clothes & not the song, itself ! He knew people would be singing that song decades later & he was absolutely right !
It's all in the question. In other words, there was no challenge or excitement to that. He was a very creative man. I'm sure he found women and men throwing themselves at him quite boring.
He said that he was being self destructive, he was on depression and acted against his own interests. Nothing to be proud of.

George Michael was a humble, honest, classy, well-spoken, extremely intelligent, very talented and generous man that brought (and still brings...) a lot of comfort and joy to people in this world through his music.
He anonymously gave millions to hospitals and charities - and paid (again, anonymously...) for IVF treatments for childless couples that couldn't afford the fees.
George Michael had compassion, understanding and empathy in his heart for his fellow man - and a beautiful, distinctive voice with which he delivered every song he sang with true, heartfelt emotion.
His legacy will live on for generations to come.

George's sexuality is now a dead horse that should be dismounted. He never defended himself, never protested, he let them munch on him. He was quite patient with everyone. He is already gone - physically, but he is here with us! We must deal with its greatness, its beauty and its goodness!
