This is a true story, once my boss called on my dad's phone as he was unable to reach me. My dad abused him verbally to an extent that my dad is considered as an urban legend in my work place. Since then he had threatened me to kick out multiple times but i always say my dad will be upset if he do that. It's been eight years since then I'm working in there peacefully and joyfully😂😂😂

Village life is very peaceful.I was raised in a tier 2 city but because of government job i had to move to a village .Stayed there for four years.Yes village do have some restrictions but all and all i was mentally at peace there.

No Labour class have knowledge to create own value. Vo koi scientist nhi jo koi eCommerce startup bna lege. Their value solely depand on demand of middle class. Core of problem is shortage of people who want to do hand jobs because of excess of educated people. Earlier it was vica versa now educated people usually middle class earn less than hand jobs unless you are talented in field. Some of educated people are very talented and they making those labour people valuable and some educated middle class who is mediocre can't earn enough to afford Labour. Same happens in west & middle east that's why to allow Punjabs and biharis resp. in huge quantity. There is massive unemployment in east states of india like bengal orissa chattisgarh 7 sisters MP Raj but I fail to understand why they don't come to delhi often. they will get sleepless nights if somebody start agency to call africans to do labour jobs
Because we have something called MNREGA Forget Delhi they don't want to work in city when they have 100 days guarantee of work

Earning of driver in transport/goods company in Ahmedabad/Rajkot is more than salary of private school mathematics teacher. In our business every month we hire new transport person and after 30/45 days he leave for better earning.
Fear of uncertainty. Fear of discomfort. Fear of what others think of them.
I clean our toilet, window panes, marketing myself, my wife does the brooming and sweeping. We bought clothes washing machine and dish washing machine. Life is much easier.

True.....but it's difference between white collar and blue collar jobs....we can't do physical efforts like them....but even they want their children to do white collar jobs....maids won't allow their daughters to do same work....my maid's son after graduation joined a job just to pay for iPhone.....so it's a circle today or tomorrow they are going to be on same place....

In Large MNCs there is still some psychological safety. In mid size companies its very easy to fire based on some manipulative negatuve feedback. I have been through this. Relieving letter, F&F, background check, reference checks...there r so many thngz influencng d next job..which aint so easy to get..if u r unemployd ur interviewrs ask u...y hv u left ur job..agar bole nikale gaye...bs wo aapko nai lete..My point is its a lot of headache..one shud knw d knack wer to draw d line..evn with ur rebellion!!!! 🙂

I am middle class boy..my parents are educated but we are not financially good, they are so emotional that they think I am happily living my professional life but reality is not same..I am not living life freely and open mind..I am not giving proper time to family , older growing parents..I am already in 30s ...yout videos is exactly norrating the middle class people's story..yes you are exactly right.

Very interesting and important topic. Maids are the most important people after Doctors, teachers and police officers. We can live without advertising executives, consultants, relationship managers and many other white collar professionals easily for a few months but a maid leaves and everything falls apart. It’s not just in India. Even in the West when people have money they definitely hire a nanny or maid.
Let’s be humble and give their work proper respect.
Maids are important because they were made important. If you go to abroad, you will think differently.

That’s how they manage without staff. We generally have more kids and larger families, our cities are dustier, office hours are longer, our food is made from scratch and rely less on technology and electricity ( which has its own benefits.) It’s a demand supply issue sir. The middle class is working in jobs where for every job there are 100 other candidates waiting for the same job. While for jobs like that of maids and drivers it’s very hard these days to get replacements. Is that why they don’t care as they know they will come back and get another similar paying job easily. I lived in Mumbai for a few years and salary paid to drivers in there are insane. So insane that if I would known that in my school days i would have answered "I want to become a driver" instead of anything else, if someone asked me what you want to become in future 😭😂

Have a single child, parents are healthy on their own , I am working, my husband is also.we don’t use credit cards, don’t spend on brands, have limited needs and happy in our relationship.
