Nine year old hears for the first time when he is fit with hearing aids.

His mother was told he had different speech because he was tongue-tied. But a hearing test by 2 audiologists revealed a significant hearing loss. When he was fit with hearing aids, his face broke into an amazing and joyful hearing smile. Audiologists Dr. Kamal Elliot and Dr. Susan Sheehy were on a humanitarian project with a team from ‪@hearingthecall‬ to provide the gift of hearing.
